The rooms are really quite good but bed are not at all comfortable. We spent 2 days but it’s not comfortable really really bad ??

Clear self-checkin, room where everything works.

The 2 beds were put "the other way around" with respect to each other. Why?

The bed was comfortable ,the room was clean

There was no fridge

Location was great and I was able to get into the room per instructions sent to my cell. Room was as good as I expected for the money and the shower worked well.

I never saw any staff but I guess I did not pay for that.

Location is absolutely perfect and awesome close to the main square and shopping street yet quiet. The room itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

While not totally needed during our stay, I didn’t see any air conditioning and the window only falls open partially. Could maybe be an issue on very hot days.

Location was the best part about this facility. Right at the Neuer Markt very well connected to the train station by tram.

We paid EU 200 for a room that had bare minimum facilities. The room was barely lit. Wifi didn't work and despite contacting the staff, there was no effort made for fixing it. They charge premium prices for a room that is barely a budget one.

Great location, It was not very noisy even though it was weekend.

I booked a double bed room, but unfortunately, one of the spring timber frames was detached. We had to fix it ourselves before going to sleep. Additionally, the staff sent the Guest QR code a day late—after our stay—so we weren’t able to use it at all.

The property was in a great location that was very central and easy to explore Rostock as well as close to regional transportation. Definitely met the goals in mind for this trip!

The following aspects have been appreciated:- Position near the city center and the railway station - Staff- Comfortable bed - Flexibility with check in and check out

The hotel is absolutely stunning, both in its design and location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. The rooms were incredibly cozy, warm, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and it made my trip to the seaside even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

They give a different room that what I paid.I told them that okay but reimbursed half because of their mistake and they did not make it.

Quite difficult to ventilate the bed- and bathrooms, but this is a building design issue, and not much the hotel can do.

Great location, reasonably-priced, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms are small but manageable.

The rooms are fine. Getting into and out of the shower is a bit tricky because the sliding doors do not open fully. Both my brother in an another adjacent room and I (we’re both slim) had similar experiences and nearly scalded ourselves while trying to turn around in the shower in preparation for exiting it. We each bumped the faucet handle and got a splash of very hot water.
