The location was right next to the market square

It was advertised as a Spa hotel but nothing spa about it. No jacuzzi, no massage, no pool, gross shower with mold in corner, no sauna. No coffee pot in room and no coffee in lobby. This was a very basic cheap hotel

Location is perfect, if you want to be in the center of the city. The check in was fast, and the room was clean.Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Walking distance of major sights. Because we were there duringthe Christmas Markets it was located perfectly, just across the street from the market. If I visit the city again wouldstay in the hotel.

Very well-kept and comfortable place right in the center of Rostok, with easy reach of main sights and the train station. Breakfast is excellent, rooms have everything you might need, and the staff is super-helpful.

The hotel was nice inside and outside the room, great location, comfortable beds, and sizable rooms that looked great. I would return to this place if I visit Rostock again. Check in was easy and I got some good tips on getting around from the staff.

Room was fairly clean but could have been a bit cleaner (some hair on floor, a little mold in the shower). Their was no AC in the room and a few mosquitos got in with the window open. The cars on the cobblestone street below were a bit noisy but not too bad.

The room and fitness room were warm. I wish they would have air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan

Good location let down by poor gym, sauna not operating, large building site nearby and given those factors too expensive. Staff average without much enthusiasm and gift for not cleaning room were 2 unripe pears.

Very nice rooms with stylish furniture. And our room was really large and comfy.

Place, hotel interier, room, parking - all was ok. Breakfast offer also broad enough and well prepared.

During breakfast we were just three guests sitting at two desks. Once we started eating, two staff people started walking around, watching our plates and checking god knows what. It was not just one round, they were walking around all the time. We felt like in prison and atmosphere of the breakfast very quickly evaporated.

Room furnishings old and overused, towels in bathroom old and threadbare, no minibar, no kettle in room to make coffee/tea, Reception staff completely disengaged and first thing upon checkin I was informed that there was no room cleaning available. No "sorry", no amended room rate, just the information that if I needed fresh towels during my stay I needed to ask for them at Reception. This is a 4 star hotel?? Much better to go for Motel ONE!

The hotel is comfortably situated in the heart of Rostock, but still in a quiet area. The hotel has clearly the ambition to be a high standard hotel. The breakfast was great with staff serving you a pot of coffee at the table and there was no shortages of food. The front desk was really friendly and helpful. Especially when we needed breakfast to go, we got surprised by the high quality schnitzel sandwich and everything else in the box. The parking underneath the hotel was excellent.

The only thing I can state is that the room, although spacious and really nice, is in need of some upgrading. You can see that the furnishing is old and a bit worn down. Still, the room looked very nice.

The continental breakfast had everything you needed and the coffee was served by a staff member at your table, which was a very nice detail. The staff members were really service minded. We asked for breakfast to go on the last morning and the box we received was over the top. Really great service. The parking was located beneath the hotel and felt secure. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is somewhat worn down, by you still get a feeling of class. Other than that, there is very little to comment on, since it really is a good hotel.

Perfect location, close to the shopping street and numerous restaurants, there is an underground garage. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room, equipped with the fridge. Nice with a bottle of water in the room on arrival. The breakfast was wonderful. Besides, we appreciate a surprise in the bag on the door and small bottles of sparkling wine as we celebrated the New Year in Rostock.

It would be nice with a kettle in the room.

Strange smell in the lobby area.

Easy on site parking.

Staff were cold unfriendly and unwelcoming.The furniture in the room was scuffed, stained and a bit tatty. The bedside lampshade had splits in it.Just came away with the feeling nobody really cared for the place.

Slept very well. Maybe I was tired. Hotel also convenient, close to central train and my meeting destination.

Bed was 2 twin bed. Was hoping for a queen bed, but I guess I missed on requesting this particular.

Well located, big rooms and a good breakfast. Very kind and friendly staff.

IT would BE better to have shower cabines instead of Bad tub

The room was large and very homey. It was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A great location within easy walking distance to pretty much everything.
