Pros +
- It was fine for an overnight stay. Decent clean rooms. Staff were efficient although not over welcoming, seemed to be just going through the motions.
- There is a parking place and 24h reception which is important for us. The breakfast is very good.
- room was fine. A bit warm, but clean enough and nothing was broken. Breakfast was OK, but is not included in base price.
Cons -
- Very disappointed the bar/restaurant wasn't open as advertised. No 24 hour reception. Not sure what time the night shift finished, but didn't open 'til 7am, which was not good for us as we needed to leave before that time but no-one was around to validate our parking ticket which was pre-paid.
- It was our second time there, but we are very sad after this stay. The trash-bin was not empty when we arrived. We were in a small apartment which had 2 big windows, but one of them had no curtains on it, so I saw the sky from the bed. Probably our neighbors were some teenagers, they were laughing, running and screaming on the corridor and they slammed the doors, which made a lot of noise, so the isolation is not so good.
- The dinner buffet is criminally bad: 25 EUR per adult for a choice of 3 or so warmed-over meals of terrible quality. Family of 3 spent 75 EUR on 3 terrible meals and 2 beers that took 30 minutes to be served. We felt robbed. Breakfast was OK, still not great. The staff was friendly, but the hotel was WAY understaffed meaning service was slow.

Breakfast was , as always, at almost perfect level. Variety of choce for every different taste.
Quality of "free WiFi" was very poor, at least in my room (209).Single mattress was horrible. No conditioning system in my room. So the combination of synthetic mattress and no conditioning system was not acceptable
It was easy to get in, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is quite good.
The communication could have been better. We asked about late check-in from the start and we didn't get any reply except automated messages until 2 hours before the check-in closes saying we need to pay before. Luckily we saw the message and paid right away but our booking would be canceled if we didn't pay before.
The beds were comfortable and it was really a nice view
I was not informed that the parking can be only opened with the room card so when we had to leave early in the morning we left the cards at reception and left, however the parking would not open and as it was 5 am there was not stuff and impossible to get in. All of the hotels I stayed in have parking that scans the car plate and thus let's in or out of the parking. I almost missed my ferry due to this inconvenience. Would be great if that would have been mentioned by the staff...
Would be great for clubs going to train on the large fields.Pancake machine. Clean rooms. Ok breakfast. Nice view.
Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced. Took 34 minutes, and slow for other guests as well and there shouldn't be anything special about our check in. Printing a load of paper and doing other tasks in between... You would also think that a sports hotel has a training room, but they do not. The beds were really hard and not comfy.
I booked through booking.com and when I arrived they said the room didn't exist - I sincerely hope there was no payment on my credit card!

Bad
I couldn’t say because we’ve been in contact with reception and said that we will be late so probably check in would be til 00:00 and we came before 01AM. We were driving more then 15 hours and we came to the hotel so tired and no one was there. At least they could’ve call as or send us a message to inform that no one will be there to meet us. So never again.
Nice view from my room. And nice surroundings too. Cheap coffee available in the lobby.
They seemed to be short on room access cards. At least we only got one card even we asked for a 2nd one. Parking ground access was a bit clumsy. Again something with the access cards.
Receptionist were kind and luckily spoke English! They provided us with everything we needed. We only stayed for a night but we rested and had everything we needed to us.
Stayed 1 night before the ferry to Denmark. Great with Kitchenette well equipped, nice high bar table with great chairs, good beds, parking outside.
The sheet underneath felt more like the cover for the mattress. Nowhere to sit except the beds. The shower had only a cloth and the water ran out on the floor outside.
It was a very terrible and This is a scam that forces travelers to sign up for city bus tickets and pay taxes that have
I booked a hotel for one night. My room was for two people but my wife couldn't come. I checked out at 6am. They charged me 14,80€ as city tax, whereas whenever I book a hotel from other websites, I didn't pay any tax to the hotel upon check-in. I protested and they said that since you checked in at 4 pm , you have to pay a tax for the first day at 7.40€ and since you are leaving in the morning, you have to pay the city tax for exit of our city!!! (another 7.40€)I had never heard in my entire life that you have to pay a tax when leaving a city. The hotel employee was an Afghan immigrant boy Named : “Saeed Luqman”I told him I wanted to talk to the manager and he said we don't have a manager and we don't allow you to call, just send an email and I will answer the emails myself. I said this is a scam and you should refund my money, but he laughed. It was a very terrible and bad experience that made me spend the whole day in the room from mental stress and not leave. The breakfast was just cheese, bread, cold boiled eggs, a broken coffee maker, and a few pieces of fruit. Why do you write in the comments that the breakfast is great? All the hotel facilities were not even on par with a hostel.
Fantastic breakfast! We stayed only one night and traveled with our dog. Had a good stay, and there are plenty of places to walk the dog in the nearby park. Good restaurant with a brewery 5 minute walk away in the park. Beds where good and we slept really well.
The rooms are a bit older and parking is not included but costs 9 euros per night.
fairly nice and clean rooms. excellent breakfast. wonderful forest-like park just behind the hotel.
not much to complain about
The lady at the reception was very kind. Upstairs in the room, we had almost everything we needed. What did I like most? The breakfast was too good to be real. They even offered Müsli. And the Nutella machine was another highlight.
The reception guy who was on duty in the afternoon seemed indifferent. Our double room only had one stool. Besides, where were we supposed to hang our wet towels? Also, every single step people took in the room above us could be heard. The mattresses were not that great either.
View from room, 9th floor .
Had to pay for parking regardless of street parking , front staff calculated wrong room charge
Hotel parking spot (pay yourself), easy check in. Clean room.
No air conditioner in the room, the bathroom smelled like sewage, no mini-refrigerator.
Convenient location
Late check in and early check out time, on top of cleaners coming in to clean the room 30 mins before I even had to check out. City tax pretty wild too
The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The staff were nice enough and the wifi worked well, and breakfast was very good with lots of food options. The accommodation is a little out of the way and is surounded by sports fields and I expected noise but there was actually very little, even with the windows open. It is a very good place to stop when you are travelling.
No restaurant or bar open for dinner. There is a pub about 10 minutes walk away to eat at, which is great.
