On the beach. Staff very helpful. It is a beautiful place with easy access to all parts of Warnemünde.

Breakfast was good but very crowded.

Facilities, location, friendly staff

Although there is a separate area for kids in the pool area. Kids were using the adults pool using a ball and outside even jumping in from the side, no one said anything. There should be more restrictions for kids and staff making sure the hat those kind of things don’t happen.

Everything, food was amazing, staff was always nice and friendly, ready to help , place is perfect, supermarket close by , direct near the beach. Amazing pools full of warm sea water!

The toilet isn't a separate room.

Location

Sauna toilet paper missing, shower water going from hot to cold to burning hot all without changing the dial and lamp on bed side not working and only one bedside table.

Onsite spa.

There is no after hours room service. Although there is a 24 hour self serve shopping /area the food options are chocolate and potato crisps, which is simply poor. We stayed in winter, the area had NO restaurants that were open for new guests after about 8.30pm. Know this is a quiet and sleepy town.

We stayed at the aja Warnemunde prior to boarding a cruise. We wished we'd had at least another day! The hotel is beautiful and bright with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It is adjacent to the promenade and easily walkable to the city center. It is a perfect location for a holiday and not far from the hofbahnhof. The staff are helpful and friendly.The town is just lovely. The breakfast was ample and delicious.

coffee just not very good unfortunately, and the premix juices were bad. For the price I expect a bit better on that

Location, hard to find. No access to jacuzzi and sauna in the morning. No knowledge of English. Price.

Food was really awesome! Big variety of meals, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Great vegetarian options, lot of vegetable dishes, many different salad variations but also the possibility to create your own salad. Loved it. Was already full just eating two salad bowls and there were still the cooked vegetable options like green pees with tomatoes, etc.

Not sure why only the 'suites' on the top floors have a balcony. Also, no AC in such a modern building in the rooms. Wired. Plus no options where to put your wet towels to dry in the room (since there is no balcony and the bathroom is tiny) and no fridge / mini bar in the room. I think for 300 € / night these things could be included.

Breakfast was an amazing buffet; coffee & cake in the afternoon included. Spa & sauna, excellent. Beautiful views and a very short walk to the beach. Staff were fun & very helpful.

Location is excellent, beachfront hotel. Close to good restaurants, everything in Warnemünde as well as public transportation. Parking was comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. There was free coffee and cake at 14.00. Small kids pool was clean and warm.

Long lines for everything during breakfast. Busy elevators while the staircase was convoluted with doors at the first level. But theese are minor inconveniences. Overall the hotel and the location is worth the price.

The location is perfect! The facilities are great! The breast and dinner spread is amazing! Totally recommend having the beer burger at the bar! Overall it was excellent!

The rooms don’t have ACs and it can get pretty hot during summers (even with the open window). A stand fan in the room would be great.

Beautiful, well kept hotel with fantastic facilities. Our room on the 11th floor had spectacular views and a nice balcony. Breakfast was solid. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be returning soon.

The property is great , we spend 3 nights. Warm swimming pool and sauna makes the difference, it was also provided towels and comfy robes I also like the breakfast and the small market connected to reception.Everybody speaks English, so the language is not a problem

The WiFi is unstable/weak at times.

The food was, ask always, wonderful. We are always looking forward to the freshly made omelettes and we are never disappointed.We had booked with dinner which allowed us to stay seated and play cards for long after the actual eating - this would not have worked in an external restaurant.The spa was great (as always).The staff, again, was super helpful and friendly.We love the view and the location at the beach.
