Ringhotel Warnemünder Hof

I was in the little house next to the main building. I broke up my stay because the chemicals the carpet was cleaned with were so strong and penetrant it took my breath away. I could hardly sleep because I had to constantly cough. The staff at both times , in the night when I checked in and also in the morning were absolutely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was plenty and very good. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was chaotic messy and dirty. The staff there were rude and careless. It was a madhouse.

The family room is locked in the 3rd floor, but elevator is working till 2nd floor…

we appreciated the bottle of water left for us; the shower was good and the breakfast room was lovely with a large selection of food.

The elevator to our suite was broken which caused us to take the stairs with our luggage on arrival and departure. our room was on the first floor which felt like a basement suite. it was dark and uncomfortable. we were awoken in the night by cars in the parking lot. the bed was not comfortable nor was the bedding.

The room was spacious and well lit. But the furniture and general deco of the room were a little shabby and could definitely do with a face lift. They looked old like it was from the 70's. This was in contrast to the shiny classy looking lobby and breakfast rooms/restaurant. Although the location was beautiful and quiet, it was not too close to restaurants and other amenities. We had to drive to find a nice place to eat.
