B&B Hotel Rostock City-West

Under facilities Parking is stating private parking , later I have found out that I should have reserved a place but at that time was not available anymore... if you have to pay and book parking I think should not be mentioned as private parking at the hotel

The bedroom and bathroom are very nice and clean

As a foreigner how don't speak German, it is very difficult to park somewhere because most of the parking place are private and the registration machine is not translated correctly

The location is okay, the hotel is pretty new in itself. It's okay for an overnight stay but not perfect. Parking lot (which is 12 € per day) right in the backyard with the ramp, you need to reserve a spot in advance. Dog friendly (12 € per night).

There is a lack of a few things that would be helpful e.g. a water boiler or cups in the room (if you need to leave early and can't make it to breakfast for example). There is a coffe machine in the lobby which operates just with cash 5/10 €. The room is pretty small but I guess that is the tendency in newer hotels to maximise profit and cut down expanses.

new and clean bathroom, clean bed linen, nice personnel at the reception, quick response to additional questions (regarding possibility to book a parking spot)

the room is quite small but that can be expected at this price range, it is totally okay even with small kids for such a short stay as ours (1 night)

The staff were really nice

I could hear the people in other rooms and the bathroom wasn't so clean

There were no kettle in the room so it was difficult for us to prepare milk for our baby during the night, very limited parking space

Everything was exceptional,the room was super clean and functional and the best thing is the location next to the tram stop to go to The central station or to go to the nearest S bahn which has Trains to warnemunde.

The room was clean.

1- Don't choose this hotel if you need wifi!! They didn't have proper wifi! We couldn't connect to the wifi at all during our whole stay in the hotel. When we asked the staff to solve this problem, they claimed that "we have poor wifi connection, it is what it is!" 2- super low quality toilet papers3- we had to pay 30euros (15 for each person) upon check in! They claimed it is mandatory to pay ( it was not mentioned in website)! They forced us to pay for a ticked called gäste card even though we had deutschlandticket and we didn't need that at all.

The location was fine. Perfect as we came from the farry.

The breakfast was a little boring. Some alternatives on bread would have been appreciated.

Very pleased with the location - a 15 minute tram ride from Rostock Hauptbahnhof. - An extra charge was added to our bill for the room (city tax), but the good news was that that entitled to us to free travel on public transport during our stay in Rostock. Thought that the triple room was 'made up' very nicely - 2 bunk beds and a double bed!

Would have preferred to have been 'pre-warned' re. the city tax, thought for the reason above, we were 'happy' enough to pay it.

The location and the price.

The entrance. The elevator was not properly clean and smelled badly. It lower our expectations.

Arrival with luggage is difficult since the parking is available only after the check-in and there is no short-term parking. After the arrival, we payed 10,00 € parking fee only to figure out the parking lot was overbooked.

The worst experience I had. Untidy room, dirty beds (lots of hair and unidentified particles on sheets and pillows, stains), dirty floors, curtains with white spots. I have photo and video evidence.

cleanness and smooth check in

nothings , just it was too simple . No electric kettle and fridge .

Very modern building , comfortable rooms.Breakfast: not bad.

Clean & neat new hotel. Located almost in the downtown: 1 tram stop from S-train station and 40 min walk from central railway, with Aldi & Lidl near. No check-out procedure

No cooling/freezing camera in the room. Room is rather small for 3 people, almost all space occupied by beds. Too expensive city, including city tax. The room pretends to be in middle+ class, though it is not. No water proposed at the reception as a welcome.
