Good location, friendly staff, clean room

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Good sized room and bathroom. Good choice for breakfast and evening meals very nice. Parking at the hotel is free and really close to autobahns. A 25 minute walk takes you to the centre of Rostock but a tram station is only roughly 100 yards from the hotel

It tried to spread religious propaganda on our room which was something we didn't find acceptable

Lack of tea/ coffee making facilities.

On a very easy to reach location with free parking and a tram stop almost in front of the door.

The traffic noise from the nearby main road is quite noticeable.The breakfast buffet is simple and replenishment a bit slow.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Beds were good, a quiet surrounding, it was nice to sit in the garden and have a drink after a long day of travelling. Hotel is situated only 8 Miles from the ferry.

Great bell on the reception, anyway we hadn´t the oportunity to use it.Great grapefruit juice, orange was also good, but it was out several minutes after our arrival.Good size bed in single room, comfortable mattress.

Howewer we sent all the details before arrival, we had to provide the ID cards again and we spent a lot of minutes on the reception. We weren´t sure about the payment and the staff asked for payment expect of the verification. We paid so for the second time for the stay. The money was sent back, but it was pointless complication.The breakfast was totally terrible. Scrambled eggs was so dry, stale baked goods, coffee machine out off order, untempting sausages.Missing lift - with the bagage - this is really not comfortable, especially for women. We didn´t receive any offer to help.

Near to the ferry. Comfortable beds. Parking place is near to the room. 24 hours reception. Perfect for travellers.

Hard to enter the room with luggages because of the wardrobe.

Even after turning on the heating, the room was slightly chilly. Tea/coffee making possibility in the room would have been a nice addition. Bed and pillow not the most comfortable in the world, although perfectly acceptable!

We took the last parking outside, maybe that could've been an issue?Too bad there was no elevator, a bit clunky carrying suitcases up 1 flight of stairs.

The staff was very friendly. Very good diner in restaurant. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant.

The bathroom is very small, especially the shower can be a problem with high step to get in and out.

Friendly Staff, Good Food

very small room and the room was located directly close to kitchen and open area restaurant so it was hard to sleep in the night with loud talks.

The flod was super, the staff in the restaurant in the evening was super and the lady with the dark hair at the breakfast was nice!

The older man/boss? at the reception didn’t smile once! neither did the blond lady in the office in the morning. we passed the reception 3-5 times and never eye contact, nod or a smile. the cleaning staff smiled!I think just looking at or just a simple good morning would be expected in the service business!!the room was VERY small and felt dated..
