Location, price friendly helpful staf

The room was clean and practical with a small kitchen, the bathroom was spacious.

The description on booking.com is a bit misleading - e.g. 'city view' - technically correct as you look over urban city shops which are located in Rostock.

It seemed clean and nice , mostly it was silent . It was close to Rossman and penny which was helpful for getting some food and other needed stuff.

An AC would've been nice for ventilation and the walls were abit too thin so at night you could hear everyone. It would be nice if there were closets or places that you could put your towels and clothes when you shower .

They had an air ventilator in the room which helped with the heat.

The room smelled when we got in and the carpet seemed not clean enough.

Rather big rooms, with kitchen facilities (which I didn't use).Bakeries and grocery store within short walking distance.Free parking possibilities.Came late and left early, so can't say anything about location.

if the hotel was a bit near city center like half an hour distance with tram, I would give 10/10. because it was really good for the price . staff collaboration to help me with my wishes was aldo good. facilities in the room, I had everything I wanted

Very close to the ferry

We didn't understand that there is a customs fee to pay to get in & out of the area where the hotel is.The ferry is out of the area, so we had to pay twice.

I liked cleanliness in the room.

I initially opted for a shared room, a decision that left me with a lot of regret. In the bathroom, I was unable to find a place to store my shampoo and towels while I was getting ready for bed. I then requested a change of room, which included a private bathroom. I believe that hotel owners should prioritize providing basic hygiene facilities in the bathrooms of their Dusch cabins. The staff at the reception desk, except for the girl with curly hair, was rude.

Room was clean and very spacious. However, shared toilet area and shower room was dirty and not usable. Staff was nice and friendly. Wifi/internet was good and stable.

Great location and a very spacious room. Small kitchenette with all the essentials. Parking is conveniently located up front. Busses and tram stops are located around the corner, as are several shops, bakery and small grocery stores.

Shared shower facility is spacious and clean, but lacks hooks or a stool for towels and clothes. The window is only partially frosted ;-)

Location is nice. U have bus, tram everything a walk away. Warnemunde is also near. its only arnd 20 mins by train. Location was good.

There was a kitchenette in the room which was not working. The kettle, coffee machine everything was not properly cleaned. The bed was too hard. Staff were not very friendly

Quite comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Connectivity to the rest of the city and also to the beach was good.

Disappointing

There was no parking at all!! I couldn't stay the night as planned as my car was full of stuff and no place to park anywhere near or around the Guesthouse.So, I paid for nothing and was forced to drive home at night.

Room was clean adn good furnished, comfortable beds, good location

Clean, cheap and has everything that you need in the rooms. There is Netto located near the guest house and also big free parking. A couple km to sea.

It would be great to add disposable slippers to the room

Very spacious and clean room, free parking, close to public transport shops, bakeries etc.

Given the elaborate tourist tax system imposed by the authorities, it would be good if the accommodation indicated that in advance. Paying almost 15 euros extra for a one night stay for a couple is not a nice surprise at the check in.

Not enough Car parking space and on first cum first served basis. It didn't feel very secure

Efficient, clean, well run budget hotel. Great for a basic one night stopover. Liked it.

Book carefully. Some rooms have communal toilets and showers. I mistakenly booked one of these rooms - but it was fine. The facilities are large, very clean and close to your room. It is more like a very good hostel.
