B&B Hotel Rostock-Hafen

I liked the friendly service, clean and nicely designed spaces. It was quiet, cool and comfortable.

Clean, nice, close to the port.

The hotel was in the perfect location to get to the city centre and the room was clean

I was a bit disappointed about the breakfast as I was expecting a hot one not a green breakfast

It was +5 Celsium at night, but climate control in the room didn’t provide heating by air conditioning system.

Good Hotel conveniently located with friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.. Very good location for a city trip to Rostock or for an in-between stop before catching the ferry north. Very good value for price!

Getting charged for public transportation tickets when we arrived 8pm and left at 8am.

Rooms were exactly what was said

It says pet friendly but had to pay 25€ extra for having him in the same space without any extra facility.Also extra taxes paid made too much extra expense , apart from parking. So, the value for money for us was too expensive from the base on booking to +100€ in taxes, dos+ parking .Also breakfast was extremely expensive.

Comfortable beds, good size of room, nice staff.

The room smelled like old shoes, as if it has had a water leak or something. We had to open the window a lot to freshen the room up, but the room was on the first floor directly facing the road and a bus stop, and there was no sheer curtains, only the very thick light blocking ones, so it was not very private. They should invest in some sheer curtains for the rooms on this floor, as people could see directly into the room.They started some work on the hotel just down the hall from our room pretty early in the morning, so even though it was nice with the late check out at 12, it wasn't possible to sleep late.

There is nowhere to park your car while you check in and get access to parking garage if you don’t want to pay across the road.

You can do self check in terminal but it's not a complete check-in. In any case you have to stay in the queue to reception.Long queue on the breakfast

6 km away from the ferries, across the road from Edeka & Lidl, perfect for a night

Very clean, extremely nice staff, space in the underground garage. Restaurant recommendation was spot on - an italian reatauramt nearby.

The fire alarm at 6 in the morning that got us all out and met the fire brigade in Rostock - but not the fault of the property.

It didn’t had enough parking space in the property. Had to pay 10€ to park near Parkhaus. Also had to pay regional travelling tax.

Room was clean and organized. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Location is great.

Room size is too small for the price. Room heating system was not great. They don't supply Iron or kettle. If you want to drink coffee often, you have to use coffee machine in the ground floor. Coffee from vending machine taste sucks.

The place was just outside the city centre, two supermarkets very nearby. The hotel is neat and clean.
