Arthotel ANA Amber

We stayed at this hotel for a short visit. The location is quite good — it’s clean, close to the port, the sea, and the city center, which made walking around very convenient.

However, there were several disappointing moments. When we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle left from the previous guests. More importantly, upon arrival with a small child after a long drive, we were told that the hotel’s parking was full and that we had to park in a nearby public parking lot for two hours before moving the car. I asked if we could at least enter the hotel’s parking area briefly to unload our luggage — as we had a sleeping child and several heavy bags — but the receptionist refused. The reason given was that we might occupy a parking spot without permission and then refuse to leave, even though I clearly explained we only wanted to unload our things.Additionally, the same receptionist told us that if we wanted breakfast the next morning, we had to inform the hotel by 10:30 p.m. that evening, otherwise it wouldn’t be possible. This turned out to be untrue, as the next morning another staff member said we could simply pay and have breakfast without any prior notice. We decided not to take it anyway after seeing that the breakfast selection was rather limited and chose to eat at a café instead.

i thought the internet ran okay myself, but the other people i was with had a bad experience with it not working one night or being absorbently slow, for it being called, high-speed internet. it could've been worse but was okay.

Shower didn’t drain properly and the air conditioning vent was a little noisy, although could be switched off easily.

Great little hotel close to the water with a few little extras such as free coffee and tea, a lounge area to hang out in, some games. Excellent breakfast with very many options, comfortable rooms with everything one would need.

Parking in the area is surprisingly difficult. It’s an extra €15 to park on the property.

New facility and very good location to the city centre and train station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Would love to come back again!

I asked for a quite room and they gave me top floor far from elevator - perfect

Location is perfect and rooms are so comfortable and cozy. Administrator was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were super helpful, hotel was super pet friendly. Located close to supermarkets and tram line right in front. Great soundproofing. The free coffee and tea at reception was a sweet added value.

It would have been great to have had a minibar!

Light switch setup near bed. Initial weird smell in bathroom (could be from cleaning product) which disappeared after leaving the bathroom door open for a while.

Very good access to public transport as well as unterwarnow.(river)There was free coffee and tea for guests in the lobby!Also, in the neighbour were enough supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants!

Amazing hotel! Super pet friendly. My dog had an amazing time, and we loved the room. Just 10m walking from the sbahn station.

Comfortable room very quiet even though there is a busy road outside. Good breakfast. The position for us was perfect as we were going to a Hansa Sail event but otherwise it is a long walk from the altstadt. Eg 30 minutes

Friendly and helpful staff, facilities such as kettle, water and safe box, big tv, clean and presentable room, coffee machine and simple games at the reception, bike rental for free. Near to the pier where one can relax and watch sunset, great amenities like 2x supermarkets, departmental store and eateries within 100m. Free parking if u are driving. There are so many good reasons to stay in arthotel...u will never regret it.

The hotel staff gifted me one breakfast for free for one day to try it and I liked the breakfast variety a lot.

The colleague at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, with a warm welcome. The room was clean, functional and comfortable.

A modern no-frills hotel, you still have everything you need at a half the cost of a 'frills' hotel. Staff are super friendly and easy going. Instead of a coffee machine in each room, you can get as much tea and yummy coffees as you want near the reception/ games/chill-out area. We didn't have time to try breakfast but it looked really good.

It's on a main street, so you can't keep a window open when sleeping, but there's very solid windows and air-conditioning and that worked perfectly.

Shower pressure was low, massage option did not work properly, just moving the low pressure water stream (4th floor)

The location is nice. Just a few minutes to the public transport. It is easy to go to the beach or the city. The staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices and the food is good.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better. There was a used paper cup on the table when we arrived. Also the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear every noise from the other rooms around you.

- the location of the hotel is good, u‘re very close to the wather (there u can have a walk, some restaurants aso)- parking space is limited and no reservation allowed, next parking option is a 8 min walk- room was on the 7th floor, very nice view from there- receptionist was very kindly- very close is a supermarket (food / non food)
