The receptionist was the most gracious and welcoming receptionist I’ve ever had in my 70 years. He enquired about how our trip was and made sure our request for a quiet room was met. He explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. Excellent receptionist! Many thanks!

Very nice welcome, great room service, giod location very close to the railway station.

A good breakfast for the price. Also, a vending machine for snacks.Location is the right walking distance from the station and from the center, safe neighborhood.Room was clean, large, quite. Bathroom well equipped for the price. Complimentary water.Late check-in using a key-box, all clearly explained in an email (in German, please add English).Overall, excellent for the price.

The hotel is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the city center.The staff are nice and helpful, available and ready to help even after working hours.Very clean rooms, good and plentiful breakfast.

No clear instructions on where to leave the room keys when you check out early before reception opens and breakfast is served.

- Breakfast buffet had limited choice and the juices were not quality. But the coffee was good.- The reception was closed quite early and didn’t leave information about breakfast timing.- The bed sheets were clean but quite used (yellowish colored).

3 floars building without elevator. Heating in the room was on 0, so during 3-4 hours in the room and bathroom was cold.

The location was a few minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the Altstadt. Everything was clean and well presented. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again in the future.

The location was excellent. Public transportation was direct in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very well sorted. Super quality and everything was freshly prepared.

Location was perfect for my purposes: near the train station.

I've had a feeling that price is a little bit expensive for a 3 star Hotel, but Rostock itself is a popular tourist destination, so i can understand.

The size of the room was over what we expected. The beds are very comfy and very clean everywhere Loved the breakfast. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we found a very good place in the end.

Better blackout curtains should do the tricks for those who want to sleep early during summer.

Got a free upgrade for my room which was very comfortable. An EV charger is available on the free parking area of the hotel.. You get a free public transport pass at the reception. Tram 5 in front of the apart hotel will bring you in a few minutes to the center.

No bar or restaurant. A small terras outside would have been a plus.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and were generally satisfied. the room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good enough. There were even pancakes. Which is very cool. Breakfast cost us 15 euros per adult and 7 euros per child 4 years old. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. At the reception there are children's toys and houses, which is very necessary for guests with children. In Rostock we visited the zoo. It is simply amazing!!! From the hotel you can get there by tram 6.

There was a smell in the room, either of paint or some kind of chemical.

Central location beside Rostock HBF. Tram line to city centre close by. Very clean. Very good interior design. Clearly, someone put a lot of effort into the design.

Perhaps an earlier start to breakfast for those of us traveling for work.

Good location and service, comfortable room.Just 5 min walk to the main station and 10 min to the city center, but you need to take S-Bahn to get to the beach.

I would add small fridge/mini-bar and kettle.
