Very dirty pillow, smelly. Very dirty floor. No coffee or tea provided in the room.

The property had free parking on the property. Very central to both the old town and central train station.

No shampoo, no toothpaste, and no other supplies.

Great location, very clean rooms. You have everything you might need for a short stay in the apartment (except shower gel). Check-in and Check-out process was very easy.

Everything was great at this property. There is free parking behind the house and the check in can be done by yourself very easy. The room is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable.

There was a small kitchenette in the room (little stove, cattle, sink, little fridge) which is a nice bonus. The room is spacious. Windows are well isolating from the city noise.

Bed mattress could be a bit less worn. But overally not too bad.

breakfast totally not worth 13€. Only items to choose. Rooms are old with very limited electrical sockets

Very good location next to Rostock Hbf (main train station) where you can buy basic food and drinks until 10pm. Equipment and room is not new but everything, the bathroom, the toilet and the beds and towels were very clean and functional. Also there was a small kitchen in our room with basic equipment like cups, glasses, plates, water heater, electric stove, wash basin, detergant. This is a reception-free hotel but the hotel contact was very quick to answer my messages through the Booking app and support when needed. The directions for opening the room with QR-code were clear. We stayed one night in mid-September and it was a pleasant stay. Our room was sunny and warm.

Although the hotel contact person was very helpful for directing me about the city tax payment, I wish the city tax I paid to the hotel could also be collected at the time of the reservation by Booking, it would be more practical for me and not cause double work. There is a bit of train noise when you open your window, it did not disturb us, but just a note for those seeking absolute silence.

The room and facilities are exactly as advertised, therefore it was an appropriate accommodation for just one night. We didn't sign up for breakfast, but there is the option if needed. The parking lot is right behind the building and it is free to use (just remember to put the sign you find in the room, otherwise the car might be towed away).

All communications with the hotel were in German and we had to use Google translate to catch all the detailed info about how to open the front door and to retrieve the room's key (there's no staff in the premises, other than at the time of breakfast). There's a mandatory tourist tax to pay, but they ask to wire the money in advance since there's no one in place to collect it; unfortunately, the bank doesn't allow to transfer cents, and I had to round up.The building is right behind the train station so you hear all the announcements when trains are approaching. The parking lot is completely dark at night.

Location was convenient for us as we were heading to the ferry port and it is only 17 minutes down the road. Free parking was a great bonus. Room was spacious.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Easy to find, easy parking, easy access. Short walk to the town centre for various restaurants. Easy to get to ferry terminal

Not so fresh air in appartment.

Nice building right next to the train station , very clean. There is a fridge and a little stove in the hallway.

Needs a little update, there where no toiletries, the lamps by the bed old and not working.

Nice room, however, the lights weren't working (which wasn't an issue since we went in the summer, but could be during the winter months)

Train station outside the hotel makes it difficult to sleep if you're a light sleeper due to the frequent train announcements
