Very centrally located. Excellent parking facilities (book separately); lovely apartment; very good beds; all facilities available. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We rented the x-large apartment (to celebrate our last day on our Ostsee bike tour). It was a very well-equipped, newly renovated, and nicely furnished two-bedroom apartment with all of the modern conveniences needed (wifi was strong). It also had a very nice balcony for relaxing, drinking your coffee, or eating breakfast. Equally important, it was just a few meters from the center of the old town. Finally, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. They found my son's watch after we left (contacted us) and are mailing it back to us. On a personal note, I also appreciated the "philosophical" quotes on each floor by various German and American writers about the meaning of life.

No complaints. I highly recommend it.

Great location, near an area with many places to eat and interesting architecture and a large park. The room was very well organized with nice kitchen tools and pots. And a dog bowl for our pet!

On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed: good kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, nice bedrooms, and a well-appointed bathroom.

However, the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. The floors were unclean, the sofa and carpets were dirty, and the balcony was in poor condition. We arrived on January 2nd, right after New Year’s celebrations, and it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. There was a strong smell of spoiled food, sparklers and ashes were left on the balcony, and we found trash on the carpet and a dirty floor.This was especially disappointing because we were traveling with our one-year-old child, and cleanliness is critical when you have a baby. While the apartment itself was nice, the lack of proper cleaning overshadowed our experience. We hope the management takes steps to ensure better preparation of the apartments for future guests.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and modern apartment in great location

Very clean and kitchen had everything you needed. Size of bathroom was very good and it was very modern. Close to centre which was very convenient. City tax was 50 euros but a lot of perks included especially free travel on transport

Mattress a little soft and pillows far too soft for me. Room was quite dark and more of a hotel room than apartment. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay there. We were room 25. View was of flats not my idea of a courtyard! Balcony was not private. Chairs inside not very comfortable. Maybe a little overpriced

The hotel has a small balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and watch the pedestrians. There is a direct tram to the main railway station in five minutes walk.

The drainage system in the bathroom was terrible. On the first day after just about 10 minutes of showering, the toilet floor outside the shower was covered in water. The floor would not dry even though we wanted to do it ourselves. When we left, the hotel asked us to pay an extra 100 euros for the cleaning, which we were not happy about.

The location is just perfect. We arrived to visit Togo tour, so the event was a walking distance from the hotel. And the hotel is in the center.

The staff were very friendly. The location was very good.

It would be better if there was a microwave.

Tastefully decorated, very well- equiped appartment with large Television plus cable, radio, little balcony, superb hairdryer, honesty bar in reception and ample parking. Reception staff were efficient and helpful.

Staff were eager to assist with any queries we had, rooms were modern, spacious and spotless, location to old town, new town and waterside was all an easy walk, they provide a reasonable priced laundry service

Very stylish and comfortable apartment. High quality facilities - you can find there everything you need. Except shampoo, but it was not a problem for us. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is really big and clean, and has almost everything you might need. A parking lot is available and the staff is very helpful. The location is superb, around 1 min walking from the city center and all city sights. The nice floor heating is something you would really appreciate during winter season :)

The floor in the shower is kind of a little crooked and water creeps over the whole bathroom floor. We also didn’t have a corkscrew among cutlery to open a wine bottle.
