- Location
- I liked the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. The breakfast was also pretty good for the price.
Cons -
- Reception only open 5-10 in the evening. Unacceptable as there was an issue with billing to be resolved. They overcharged. I get a better hotel in Frankfurt for less money. Not value for money.
- I did not like the hardness of the mattress. Wash cloths were also not available.
