Le Grand Hotel is located just opposite the TGV Train Station of Valenciennes, close to the motorway and town center and it has a 24-hour reception. - The room was nice and dark, and the parking was sufficient.
- Location - close to the station
Cons -
- 1. The shower was over the bath with no shower curtain so the whole room was soaked. 2. Worst bed I have ever stayed in, not comfortable and not level. 3. Hotel menu was limited and the food was overpriced against the quality. 4. Bus stop outside was used by the local youths to play loud music and hangout. 5. Overall over priced against the quality. 6. Room was really dated, with broken tile in the bathroom.
