Our gentleman host was wonderful, even providing transportation to get food after a long travel day. There is a beach right outside the door!
Although the residence was close to where I needed to be for work, there was nothing nearby to buy provisions

Cons -

I would have preferred one larger bed, but it was a comfortable stay, I slept well.
The apartment was pretty rundown and basic, to say the least. The television had wires hanging out, and it didn't work. The location was away from any amenities and was an add-on for residential students. As I was working nearby, I did not mind too much, but for a holiday, I wouldn't stay here.
The washing machine was broken
