Ibis Styles Bethune Bruay Hotel

The soft bed, the warm cozy comforters, the soft pillows…lots of things, like the best buffet breakfast this whole trip. The location is also great; restaurants and grocery store near by, even a cinema

Nothing. We liked it all

Close toy local amenities

Tired looking hotel and very basic type snack meals, had to go out each night to find a place to eat.

very practical for an overnight stay: private and secured parking, breakfast included (decent range of choices and good quality food), clean and comfortable rooms, nice and friendly staff, restaurants nearby

-

excellent value for money, secure private parking (with gate closing at 10PM), nearby restaurants within walking distance, clean and comfortable rooms, elevator, decent, very good quality & fresh breakfast choices (included), helpful staff, bar for drinks

Great welcome from lovely night manager in spite of arriving after 01.00am. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Excellent breakfast included in price. Secure parking, what’s not to like?

Clean and spacious rooms

I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in rooms

very good value, free on site private parking, excellent breakfast choices (freshly squeezed orange juice is my favorite), 24 hour reception, very clean room and bed, toiletries provided, friendly staff, quick to answer any questions or requests

Very late check-in (2am) was great. Good secure car park clean room. Nice simple breakfast. Cheap.

Very clean and quiet. Close to the motorway. Breakfast included and basic but good. Excellent staff.

Minor maintenance issue with the wc dripping all night.

The room lacked tea making facilities although there was freezing tea coffee in reception. The headboard over the bed was a nightmare and jutted out uncomfortably. Not happy sliding about on a plastic under sheet on the bed which kept sticking to me when I fidgeted. No toilet brush to clean up afterwards.

24 hour Front Desk great for a later checkin. Secure parking onsite and a wonderful breakfast all included in the price. Room basic but comfortable for the expected level of facility expected.

Maybe a little closer to the main road but not to far to travel.

Great value for money. Handy over night on long drive with secure parking. Breakfast included a nice range of items and again amazing to be included in the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms weren’t anything special but for the price we didn’t expect anything different. Comfortable and clean. Just looked a little like halls/student accom.

Great location, 5 minutes off the motorway A26.Extremely friendly staff and great price. Close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Beds were very comfortable.

Our room was quite cold however they did provide us with an electric heater which we used.

Easy access from the motorway, great breakfast, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Some internal and external noise in room.

Perfect place for a night stop on a long journey. Good beds, nice breakfast. Restaurants at walking distance for dinner.

Great location. Excellent value for money. Lovely warm you on arrival. Parking secure. Bar and food available plus plenty to do in the local area.

Close to good restaurants and good location to travel to France

The drains smelt quite bad

Location is fab, locked car park and restaurants close by. Staff really helpful

Carpets in rooms are dirty

Good location, friendly staff, English spoken

Conveniently situated approx 15 mins from the motorway and 45 mins from Calais. A number of restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance for an evening meal make this an ideal stopover hotel. A good choice of foods for breakfast.

Whilst the room was clean it was certainly dated and requires a makeover and the carpet definitely needs replacing as it was gross. Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn’t work, although not too much of a problem on an autumn night. We have stayed here a number of times over the years but this visit will be our last I’m afraid: the pillows were thin with no support and the bed sheets were tiny and didn’t tuck in around the mattress.
