B&B Hotel Lille Roubaix Campus Gare

Directly in front of the metro, clean rooms

The contactless checkin process was a bit complicated. But in the end they opened the reception and the issue was resolved easily.

Mere footsteps from the station. Breakfast came with scrambled eggs and bacon which is always a nice touch. Electronic check in was ok - make sure you have your booking reference to hand and don't all turn up at once.

Couldn't get logged on to the WiFi :-( My room was on odd shape witheh bed jammed in with not very much room to move around it. Only option for a hot drink was a vending machine in reception.

Cheap, clean and right next to train station. They are bike friendly and have no problem letting you bring one to the room. Best shower I’ve had in a while. Can’t ask for more.

Nothing at this price.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, a little bit disappointed that kettles weren’t in the rooms and the bathroom in our room smelt of blocked drains. Overpriced for the standard of the hotel but given the major cycling event taking place during our stay, it’s understandable.

Very clean staff very professional

Next to tube station

The staff were fabulous, could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfect for our requirements.

Nothing. Perhaps slightly soulless decor, but not a problem really.

Excellent place to stay right next to Roubaix station/metro and an easy walk to the Piscine Museum. Very simple (quite basic), but clean and comfortable, and super-helpful staff.

Breakfast was nice, but there was an odor in the room, which somehow irritated. Rest all is perfect and value of the money.

Cleanliness

The Room was very small for a long stay, I wanted to pay for an upgrade however they had no options for a larger room category. the bed was comfy, however, the room was extremely dusty with water marks everywhere in the lavatory as well as previous guest hair in the shower. no tea facilities in the room, and we found two towels in room only, I had to ask the room attendant to give us more towels and toilet paper. Staff member Nadia the reception was very helpful during check in. however the male receptionist in the morning and the other from night shift were very Hostiles and bad tone.

Terrible customer service from the two male which I didn't get the names.

Great location for a hotel right next to the station. Very clean and looked fairly recently refurbished. Easy to check in via the machine just inside the door. The supermarket attached was useful and the coffee vending machines and use of a microwave also good for a cheep, quick dinner. Air-con was great as it was very hot during our stay. Would stay in B&B hotels again.

The pillows were terrible, more like tiny flat cushions. Could do with the option of having a couple rather than just one.

Helpful and accommodating staff, we could put the bikes in the room and they opened the reception late at night because the self checkin didn't work.

Check in late and assistance by staff

It is not favorite neighborhood if you arrive late but it was OK

It’s clean and not expensive it’s central

The beds are not comfortable at all this was my second time staying there but no will not go back. Staff was not helpful busy arguing with a client

Very nice hotel, good location nearby trainstation. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly guy behind the desk.

There's no private parking but we already knew this. And sometimes you don't feel safe outside of the hotel.

it's directly next to the metro station and train station. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hotel. Chech-in service is very easy. it's completely digital.

There is not a receptionist always-all the time. you need to chech-in by yourself sometimes.

Very basic but clean. Friendly personnel and good breakfast

The area is not the best

Easy for overnight’s stay for work, nice breakfast

The elevator was really greasy/dirty

room size was goods, people great, location fantastic, Breakfast not bad.

Room was good but AC was not work well, so noisy & poor cooling.Wi Fi - Every time needs to enter so many info to get the access, never experience in other hotels

The best part about the hotel location is that it is next a metro station which makes it very easy to reach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Gate access pad is enabled after 9 pm and it is very easy to use

Not much space in the room, lighting was ok, no amenities

very friendly manager! fit for purpose hotel, bit noisy in the night from traffic
