Pros +
- Good location. Very nice staff. Bed was comfortable and the room clean.
- It’s very basic and you have to be very thin to use the bathroom or use the tiny towels but it’s a good location, clean, helpful staff and a great price. Perfect, if like us,you want to visit the aquarium and have somewhere convenient to stay.
- Clean efficient Comfy bed good communication from hotel
Cons -
- Room was smaller than expected, we paid a little extra for a larger room so if ours was it, then the smaller ones must be very tight. It is an older hotel that hasn't been refurbished for a while. I admit the foyer and stairs to the room were a bit grim and dated but despite being dated the room turned out to be comfortable very clean and fine for an overnight stop. One point to note is that the parking available is on street and paid for between 6am and 6pm. There is an underground carpark close by and we paid €9.20 between 2pm and 9.30am the following morning.
- Hated the piped music in the street which is not the hotels fault. Parking not easy.
- Small bed and small room

Clean efficient Comfy bed good communication from hotel
Central location staff friendly and clean and tidy
Clean and cosy
Small bed and small room
Helpful staff. Close to the markets, so we could buy lovely French treats before driving home. We only stayed one night so can't really say much more.
The room was a little cramped but I'd gladly stay there again.
Well positioned in the town, clean, comfortable with friendly staffp
Great location for the town, beach and local attractions.
Not the hotels fault, with it being hot, we had to keep the balcony door open, and the town was noisy and waking up early morning because of the seagulls.
Friendly reception; the courtesy kettle & coffee & tea was appreciated (and I made use of them), the room was tidy and clean, so no issues at all with cleanliness. No bed bugs either, I'm pleased to report. The room was warm enough that I didn't need to pull the blanket over myself. The bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep (much needed).
A lack of spare electrical mains sockets (I had to unplug the TV in order to charge my mobile devices). Perhaps there was actually one or two spare mains outlets in the room but I had somehow missed them.As is quite often the case with hotels, I didn't feel that breakfast (which I had paid for) was particularly good value for money, and I departed the hotel still feeling rather hungry. I popped into a nearby patisserie and filled my belly.
Cleanliness, room a good size and centrally located with car parking on the street all around. Easy walk to restaurants nearby. We have stayed before and will probably stay again. Good value and clean. Rooms are quiet.
Breakfast was limited, no eggs for example. No lift though we knew that, it didn't bother us.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful people on the desk. Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast.
Nothing. We've stayed here many times and in Boulogne would not stay anywhere else. This is a smallish central hotel with good but paid for parking in the area
Location near to a big public car park, and only 5 mins walk to an old square with restaurants.
It’s very basic but good value for money
the room was very good the staff cheerful and helpful. I did nit think the breakfast was worth 10 euros though but otherwisw excellent hotel.
the breakfast
Everything. We have been going there for about 20 years and have always been more than happy with everything. Proprietor is so helpful, accommodation is clean, hotel is central but quiet at night, beds very comfortable .
It was fine - central and worked ok
We asked for spaces to keep the 4 bikes safe but they were not able to do this at first and directed us to some lock up facility near to Nautisca place about a mile away. This was not acceptable because the lockers were not secure and needed a proper insurance class of padlock for each locker which we did not have. eventually the conciege let us keep 2 bikes ini a cupboard and 2 in his appartment !! he was very helpful actually.
Centrally located to shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, parking on the surrounding streets, hotel very clean a little road noise but did not disturb sleep. Breakfast ok patisserie next door. Good recommendations for restaurants. Yes we would stay here again.
More pillows but bed was comfortable.
Location, parking and friendly reception lady.
Breakfast lacked much choice. But was adequate.
Clean, in the centre of the city
To noisy
The breakfast was good, The room was clean. Overall satisfied.
Hardly no complaint except the bed could have a head board
Very close to the city centre, there is a boulangerie just beside the hotel. The historical centre is 15 minuts walk, many good restaurants in that area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, toilet a bit small but clean.
The Hotel is a bit outdated, it needs a upgrade. However it's what i expected.
