A bit of a faff getting from the car park to our room, 2 different lifts and having to walk through part of the breakfast room in the morning with cases and 2 dogs

The food was delicious, the staff at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice, the pool as well. Clean.

We were told beforehand that we couldn't book with the restaurant for dinner, however when we asked in person, we were able to be sat at the restaurant in 15 mins. Perhaps some miscommunication.

i had a car parking space that was big enough for my car. the food was excellent and i was well looked after in a very busy dining room

Location of the hotel on the seafront is quite good. Parking is available at a price. It's about 40km from the Chunnel entrance.

Room was dingy . Not what we were expecting from a hotel with a Michelin starred restaurant. Whole place looks a bit like Fawlty Towers, tired carpets, drab bedrooms, some mould in the bathroom. On other occasions, I have stayed at this place - Best Western le Sémaphore, 142 chemin du petit bois le Champ de Gretz, 62180 Rang-du-Fliers, France. It is much more honest, clean, modern with excellent facilities - and it is good value, with a decent if not fantastic restaurant.

Room is calm and clean. There is an air-conditioner. In summer, it is really helpful.Very good location to Nausicaa and to the beach. Very very easy to access and convenient when we take mid break during the day in the middle of Nausicaa visit...etc. The hotel stuffs are very nice and helpful.

A little bit far from shopping street and downtown. around 15min walking. But it is manageriable.

The location was great

The bed was really hard that my partner & I both woke a number of time in night with numb legs and sore back . The shower was poor for a hotel of this price Breakfast staff was miserable, and range of food was below average for €16 each Overall an expensive hotel for the quality received

Decor and furniture in room a bit dated. The dinner menu was far too expensive. A more reasonable fixed price deal would have persuaded us to eat in the The lounge area could do with more modern style and better furniture

It was very clean and the room was beautiful.

If you accept people from abroad you should make sure the staff are speaking English. If i ask a question ( lady from reception) please be patient and help me. I was for the first time at your hotel and I didn’t know everything. ( for breakfast lady as well, very unfriendly).At the restaurant we made it clear we don’t speak french and we were told everything in French and they were expecting me to understand. It was very uncomfortable!! PS i do salute and thanks in french which is common sense but I don’t have to learn a new language because I visit the country for 1 night.

Well refurbished but maintained original very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent restaurant. Secure parking.

Only after booking we received an email to say restaurant is closed. No recommendations were made for other opportunities in the area, which was difficult arriving in evening after driving all day.We felt the reception staff did not care and we were just a number when checking in like it was such a bother us being there.We booked a Superior room and we literally looked ontop a small courtyard with a small view of a road higher to side of building (no view at all). This was definitely not Superior and for this it was deemed expensive €140 plus breakfast and parking.Breakfast was very full and narrow with people squeezing past, children were touching everything on the food stands after coughing and sneezing. Hairs found between plates on plate stack. No hot food other than boiled egg or scrambled egg.When we confronted the reception man he did not care and still charged full price €32 for 2 people which seemed alot for the selection.

Dinner, in a very upmarket restaurant. Comfortable, easily accessible spa. Unusually friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, amazing staff, very clean and spacy room, amazing breakfast buffet, including a bar with delicious house made drinks .It’s a no regrets recommendation. Most of all the receptionists were very understanding and kind.

Only the pool area. The water was just too cold for a swim.
