ibis Styles Boulogne sur Mer Centre Cathédrale

we drove from saint malo to boulogne so we did not have to rush for the ferry so we extended are holiday by one day as this was our first holiday in 8 years as restaurateurs we haven't been able to get away

Breakfast, which was included, was very good. The location was excellent, just across the road from the old town. The view of the cathedral from the room was wonderful.

The room was extremely small, and the bathroom as well.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were ok. The breakfast range was good and met our needs. The location close to walled city was great for us due to my limited mobility.

The room overlooked the roundabout so was noisy if window opened. The lack of an open window meant the room was a bit stuffy, I require disabled parking due to limited mobility. The hotel did not offer any but charged 10Euros for parking.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. We knew that when we booked however it was something we missed being in the room.

Staff were very friendly. We loved the location, right outside the entrance to the old town. We also thought the breakfast was good quality and generous. Room was clean and the shower was good.

The single beds were quite narrow and there was not much space in the bathroom.

Situation - opposite the cathedral and the old city, where there are lot of nice bistros. Only half an hour from the ferry/tunnel.

Music in the reception/bar - it didn’t encourage us to stay for a drink. No air conditioning in our room. Car park small, so you need to pre-book.

Great location wirh parking (by reservation) convenient to old town. Dog friendly and great breakfast.

Nothing really, other than room/shower a little small, but common for France (we book superior as with dog), and very good value.

Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is situated in the old town opposite the town walls and cathedral.

The property was in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms very comfortable and as described. The breakfast was delicious with a great choice of fresh pastries, bread, meat, cheese etc.lovely comfortable bar in the evenings.
