* Everything was very clean* Free underground parking

* Really very small rooms. At least for 3 people.* Poor breakfast* The hotel was quite oldish.

The staff and location are amazing at this hotel. We have stayed here many times.

Don’t like the fact that you can’t use the lift on a night time because it’s part of the shopping centre it gets closed so you have to drag your luggage upstairs.

Clean,comfy, close to location and happy staff

There is a lovely vibe about the place, staff were really helpful and friendly.Beds were so comfy.Shower gel smells so nice.Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

The location is near to Lille Ville from where you can walk within 10min, it’s recommendable to use a taxi if you have a heavy luggage. The staff working there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Quirky and different in a good way and staff were good.

The hallways smelt of sewage and the place needs some attention and investment.

Location was central but not easy to find. Only stayed 1 night.

Instructions for the car park access could be clearer. Room very small for 3 people. Noisy location on the front of the building. Pillow quality very poor and impacted on sleep.

The hotel is a bit noisy and there could something be done for better isolation.The breakfast hall is not very nice, it is a disorder; they could put the tables in a more harmonious way

Information about parking of the car and of our bicycles was provided well in advance. We could easily park them near the hotel. Although we did not expect a lot of luxury nor a big room, we think the value for money was very good.

Not all staff members spoke English.It was not clear what happened with the money if we cancelled the cleaning. Therefore we did not cancel the cleaning. It was better that the money went to the cleaning staff.

Central location with reasonably priced parking overnight

Poor soundproofing on a main road made sleep difficult. Poor quality dinner and breakfast with no local alternatives. Dinner definitely overpriced and very average quality and tasted cooked from frozen.

Parking was very secure at a reasonable priceCarrefour next door very useful, especially convenient it shares the same car park as the hotel.We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast here.We had a nice view out of our room window. Excellent location to walk round the town and along the sea front.

The staff are the crown in the jewel, we have been staying in this hotel for over 12 years when visiting boulogne, the staff change often but this doesn’t stop how they look after you
