Room was nicer - corner with 3 windows - and non-contact checkin process easier than expected (because another entering guest gave us help).Tasty breakfast with pleasant hostess.No other staff was encountered; per Booking.com info - you deliver your keys to her.

We knew we’d have to climb stairs to access the room. The staircase to our first floor room curved (triangular treads), with no bannister on the narrow-tread side. Harder than expected to manage it.Did not know where to park car. Would request advance info about where spaces are free/legal to use.

I spent few minutes to figure out which bathroom belong to room. May be good to mark the room number on the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had lots of character and was exceptionally clean. Good Parking available.

Not very clean.Dusty.Had a room on the second floor(only stairs),it was too hot ,and only a small part of the window can be opened.

Not many options for allergies in the breakfast provided, but I was not expecting this anyway so brought my own food.

Great location, easy for bus to station and walk to beaches and museums. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Big breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Second hand clothes rail in dining room!

Nothing. The stairs are very steep. Our bags are small but a heavy suitcase would be difficult.

Location was great. Close to the shops and restaurants but also close to the beach.

We didn't see anyone at the reception. Not during our checkin, not our checkout, nor during the day that we were staying there.

I was told that I could enter the hotel whenever I want on the day of arrival. When I came into my room there wasn’t any housekeeping done from the previous guest. When I rechecked-in later it was all changed.

The location was close to centre and there were free parking spots around the property.

It was very bad quality! Old building! Terrible room no airco no stairs! None of the windows could be open! Smelly room! Small bathroom (mixed shower and toilet)! We got the last room under the roof with awful conditon (alot of stairs and veryyy hot and smelly room next to the central warming system). The staff were not helping to change the room

The stuff was very nice. The room was quite big and modern. Good location (close to the beach and the centre). Free parking available. There was a fridge in the hall who everyone could use. The breakfast was okay.

Clean , quiet and safe , room was good size towards large room with just about less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and the breakfast was very good too .. All good !

It was too warm in the rooms, but the weather was warm. The stairs are too unsafe.

Third time we stayed - pleasant hotel - good value for money. Breakfast ok. We will be back. Clean and tidy - not a luxurious stay, but everything you need.
