Staff in restaurent were very nice all young they dud not have Bacardi a drink I like and I would have thought it was a popular drink also they advertised cocktails none of whi h I had ever heard of

Bedroom had coffee and tea machines but only PAPER cups which I would NEVER use to make a hot drink very dangerous rooms cleaned but not to my standard we ordered a taxi day before leaving with receptionist for 7 30 AM which did not arrive when my husband queried this with receptionist she cared less and ordered another which resulted in us missing our train on Easter Sunday monday when we went im for breakfast we were told it was closed early due to a special easter brunch now there were no notices anywhere to tell us this except a reception none at lifts none in dining room manager gave us a voucher for brunch but very badly handled there should have been notices around hotel will not go back

The hotel was very cold. I complained to reception. I was told the door from the restaurant to the outside was broken so it had to stay open. As it was inconvenient for the staff. We all had to go to our rooms to get warm. The receptionist couldn’t care a less. She just shrugged

It’s close the beach, which is nice.

The breakfast they serve doesn’t match with the 4-star hotel tbh. Options are really limited.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was complete, I was able to get my breakfast early. Since I needed the room for an overnight stay and had to leave early enough, I was able to park for free, on a city parking lot behind the hotel.

The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The toilet was sticky and the bath was full of hair.

The poor service quality at the restaurant. The fact that nothing is included, you have to pay for everything (early checkin, sauna, bikes,...) Not even a free bottle of water in the room

Malfunctioning tap in the bathroom. The fridge was not clean.

Friendly staff, nice room in general, great breakfast.

A few things in the room were a bit outdated, and the bathroom could be cleaner.

Still i didnt recive invoice. I asked today morning about invoice they said we will send and nothing now.

I've stayed at this hotel a lot and I keep coming back, the new managers 'Fletcher' have made few changes to a great hotel that remains great from the quality of the rooms to staff and facilities. There is still easy fairly cheap parking behind the hotel.

Nice room. Good location. Good breakfast

Being ignored at reception. Paper cups for the koffie in room.

The staff is very friendly. And the location od the hotel is nice.

But there are too many invisible fees you have to pay: additional cot is 10 euro/day. Parking is 10 euro/day. These are all excluded from the hotel fee. The total is very expensive according to me.

the staff at the reception, there were two employees, one of whom was not friendly. She offered me the most expensive room. When I said that I just looked at booking and I see that you have a much cheaper room, she arrogantly replied that it is there and make an order, what you are asking me for. 0 smiles, 0 friendliness.

The cut backs from previous stays in hotel, no drinking water in room, paper cups not proper cups, fruit tea bags?????no shampoo only liquid soap, no telephone so unable to contact reception, the scenario obviously shouts cutbacks.the breakfast quality is way below from previous experience and basically very expensive for what is on offer.

Service could be better, especially for this price

I asked for a room on the higher floors, but we did not get that, although the hotel was rather empty.The hotel confirmed that the room would be ready by 14:00 (special request) but it was not, and the personnel insisted that rooms are only available by 15:00

Lady at reception was very friendly

The staff in the bar in the early evening was a bit slow in responding.It seems they where annoyed by something and ignored us for some time.

Location! Room with a view on the 5th floor on the see was fantastic. My husband and me were so much impressed to see big ships passing in front of us.very romantic atmosphere. Personal prepared a nice surprise: a bottle of ? Fletcher as we're recently married.Room was very clean. A bit noise from heating system.but it did not really bothered us. Breakfast was excellent, lot of choice of food.Resto is actually a huge lounge zone with a sea view and comfortable huge seating places.

We did not really appreciate traditional soup 4 seasons.
