Pros +
- Staff were not that friendly or helpful especially the front desk. Another one was the staff at breakfast buffet before you enter was rude.
- Really nice, new rooms. And very quiet. Very good restaurant in Oxbo.
- Check in smoothly, Ivan very efficient and helpful. Gives excellent services. Much appreciated. He assisted us to get tickets for tours. He did an outstanding job.
Cons -
- A long walk from Old Town,
- location , it's bit far from the main square but also , there is direct tram available which takes approax 20 mins to reach there.
- Price paid did not include parking in the hotel garage. Hotel was quite far from the main public square and subsequent Christmas markets.
