Pretty old hotel only the location and the price is good i'd say.

Staff were amazing and respectful, definitely coming here a second time.

Vending machines, but the staff working there quickly solved the problem.

The Pillow and the heat were so bad.

The rooms were clean and a good size with a good bathroom. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection.

The room was very warm and there was no AC which I would expect in a hotel with this rating.

No bar as advertised there was, the breakfast choice was poor and two floors are occupied by kids from various poor and disadvantaged homes with security 24 hours outside.

Could not find the third bed. Found it in a closet, friend had to sleep in a closet...

- very old and overly used Interieur - issue with flooding water from the ceiling- no hotel-workers in hotel from 10 pm until 2 pm, you could call for help (but no extra towels, informations, …)

The hotel was quite clean and they had helpful staff at reception.

The cleaning staff were not cleaning everything. I was there for a week, and they never cleaned the table I had breakfast on (which got a bit greasy every morning).

There was no WiFi due to a Vodafone problem during construction in the neighborhood. This problem has not been resolved for 3 weeks. The manager said they were unable to install a Hotpoint. They refused to reduce the rate "because it was booked on the Internet". In other words, you're out of luck at this premise if something they promise on the web is not fulfilled. Room Cleaning forgot my room one morning. I left at 9 and got back at 11. The one thin-as-can-be bath towel they provide I had discarded on the bath floor. The reception closes at 10p, so "too bad, no clean towel for you!"

Bad

Wrong description of the room details. There was no air conditioning even though I got a confirmation with details that there is air conditioning. The receptionist told me the hotel has never had Air Conditioning……… So how comes it was included in the description? This is just a trick to get customers during summertime!

Everything, the room was spacious, clean, very nice furnishings. The breakfast was very good!!The staff was nice and friendly :)

Staff were very polite and welcoming, very clean hotel, breakfast had a good variety, plenty of parking.

I didnt like that I couldnt stay longer.

Everything was very clean. The room had a very comfortable size for 2 people, where I particularly liked having a special area for placing the luggage and lots of storage spaces. The beds were comfortable, with rigid mattress just the way we like. The room temperature was adequate. The bathroom also had a good size, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect.The breakfast area was beautiful, with a nice view over a garden and modern decorations. The breakfast buffet was really very good and complete (eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, hams, fruits, jams, yogurt, cereals, vegan options, and more...), and specially the different types of bread were amazingly tasty.

The bath/shower had only a small glass "window" which was not enough to avoid splashing water all over the floor... this needs to be improved.The bed blankets were still too warm and thick considering the temperature of the room.

No AC and only internal shades made the room very warm. Opening of the windows didn’t relief much.

The place was very clean. It had been recently renovated. The breakfast was excellent and the place to eat breakfast was nicely decorated and had a very nice view of the Garden. The view from the room windows was great and very peacefull.

There was not any aircondition. It made staying in the hotel at noon very hard. The staff were very nice and did their job greatly but with no smiling at face. The trourism information, such as poster or leaflets, have not been provided.
