Breakfast need improving. Room it is small but OK.

Wi-Fi quality was not OK.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the staff was very nice and courteous. The room was very clean, and there was a great continental breakfast included

Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly, rooms were reasonably well equipped, hotel is walking distance from the center of Siegen.

There was no safe in my room. My friends had a safe in the room that didn't work. The parking place was completely full and rather narrow with the result that someone had driven into my car when leaving the hotel. This person caused for almost 5000 Euro damage to my car. The culprit drove away without notifying the hotel and without note on my window. Unfortunately the hotel has no cameras on the parking lot. So it was a bad surprise in the end.

Friendly personnel. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Walking distance from Siegen centre.

I really didn't like and don't understand hotel policy (bcs I doubt this is will of front desk manager) of asking people if they live on the same address and other private stuffs by check in. I consider it very bad and although the hotel it self is great I won't step inside anymore...

I like the style and comfort of this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient - 10 min to the city centre

Holidays Inn chain normally has a very good breakfast options. This is why I have decided to book this hotel. But unfortunately this was not the case here. The breakfast was quite basic.

The ladies at reception were extremely helpful and friendly, one of the best experiences, since I had to book something urgently at night, they were very supportive and helpful with doing everything swiftly. Great breakfast, great stuff and service, definitely recommend!

There was no place at the hotel parking, this should be better communicated about possible parking reservations, or at least limited amount of places, so there is no unpleasant surprises at arrival.

paying 20 euros to park the car. this makes a night's stay rather expensive

Friendly employees, clean, modern hotel. Delicious food in the bar and the breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend if you are in Siegen.

Not the hotel's fault but I had difficulty being comfortable in the bed with my spine injury. Bed was a bit too firm and I only had two small pillows.

The hotel is modern and provides all facilities needed. The privat parking is spacious and perfect for SUVs . The rooms are not very large but fully adequate for a few days stay. My bed was 1.8 m wide which was ok for me , but some people prefer 1.8 m beds. The bath with a shower is comfortable. The rooms are completey sound proof. No traffic noise!!! The staff was professional and friendly. A small hick-up was solved in real time . A good value for money.

In general all was OK. I would prefer larger choice for breakfast / = eggs not only scrambled, but .. /. City Siegen is interesting. There are different dining possibilities. There is a downtown, historical buildings and on. Train Station. Quite practical choice.

Car Parking at hotel for extra costs. There is P+R possibility nearbay. But if rain than it poses some complications.

location is good, clean rooms

breakfast is not very good, rooms are extremely small, pricing is overrated

The hotel was spotless. We made a reservation at the last minute, but they were able to accommodate us fully. Cannot recommend enough for all your traveling for work needs.

Everything was great. The room big enough, comfy bed and clean.

The parking. Although the parking should have been on site, it was full and we were directed at a nearby free car park, that parking didn't seem safe enough.
