Hotel Pfeffermühle

friendly staff, good food. Perfect breakfast. Quiet rooms. Easy parking at the hotel

beds... the double bed has a connected mattress. One person turns over and the other wakes up... very high and hard pillows. it would be better to have one smaller and one larger

The room was stunning, with elegant decor and plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the homemade bread and jams added a special touch. A perfect start to the day!

The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent as usual as we have stayed in the hotel several times already. The only issue we had was that the service was slow. After our meal was finished all other customers were offered dessert but no-one came to offer us the same.. I think us being English was a problem.

Service a bit quicker

Nice. Clean. Quiet.

Bed could be more confortable.

Restaurant, for breakfast and dines was comfortable and nice.

Restaurant closed in the evening on Saturday and Sunday

Poor

I accidentaly locked myself out of my room on saterday evening. The reception was closed untill sunday, no emergency contact or telephone number. General number is linked to a pre recorded message. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Breakfast

Carpet all over the hotel and especially in the rooms . This is su much dust holder I woke up with clogged nose unable to breath . Also in common areas like corridors and stairs where everyone is walking through ..

Location, travel with dogs, nearby parking and woods

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was kept tidy and very pleasant

The pillows! They were simply awful

Very cleanModern equipmentGood location

Staff was very nice and offered a welcome gift. Room was very clean and nice. Very cozy territory. Good breakfast. Free parking

Nothing ☺️

Well designed/modern room and a very good breakfast.

Sound-isolation, hallway and adjacent rooms

Good bed, very nice breakfast, cool room without airco. Perfect when the weather is 30 degrees. Very nice staf.

A bit far from center. You need your car.

No hot drinks.

The first hotel that I have evere stayed in where it was not possible to get a hot drink on arrival. The staff just said no when asked. We had to wait until breakfast to get a hot drink. Unacceptable.

beautiful spot nothing was too much trouble and the food was great would highly recommend

All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble Excellent shower rooms

Charming hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and delicious food

Clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast, quiet location.

Only one thing, the pillows were really uncomfortable- lumpy synthetic pillows. Ended up sleeping without them. We also travelled via public transport and had to use taxis to get to and from the hotel. Apart from that everything was great.

Nice hotel , kind people working there, nice resaturant, bad pillow for sleeping, it was as big as a stone

Clean, comfortable hotel with attentive staff in a good location in the outskirts of the city. Nice large breakfast and fast internet. Free parking, easy access to hotel

Weekend buffet was a bit overpriced with good meat dishes on one hand but a very basic, salad buffet on the other hand; large wedding party at the hotel did not let (unrelated) guests sleep until 3am ;

beautiful garden and nicely finished hotel with a large room. staff opened the restaurant especially to provide food for us. breakfast was excellent. staff were very helpful.
