Pros +

Access to the shuttle even though the drivers were consistently late.
It was nice and close to the airport.
Room was very nice. Easy to find shuttle from airport to hotel. Also the shuttle dropped off at the airport near where we needed to catch the bus to go into Amsterdam for the day. The food at the hotel was also very good.

Cons -

The breakfast / Restaurant was filled with flies. Front desk receptionists very impolite. Heads always looking down and not very helpful. Very unprofessional.
Very rude staff. Front desk supervisor was unwilling to help us and treated us like trash.
When we first arrived at the airport and wanted to take the shuttle. Found out that the shuttle was taking a one hour break. It would be helpful to have that information available for planning upfront. This was not a major issue for us on this trip.

Room is clean and nice. Good stay if you need to catch early flight or just slee in for a few hours.

There is no clear sign for the shuttle bus outside of the airport. Had a hard time finding where to take the shuttle bus at the beginning. I asked the driver of shuttle bus from Courtyard by Marriott in the end.
