Please note that full payment will be taken via Credit Card within 48 hours after the booking. Please contact the property in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday or public holidays. Daily house keeping is available. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself. Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Please note, If you arrive after hours, your keys will be available at security. The reception desk is open from 07:30 to 21:00 on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and from 07:30 to 19:00 on Tuesdays to Thursdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Guests arriving after hours are required to complete their check in process at Reception in the morningGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MZN 4000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
