There are a lot of stairs, a bit difficult with a large suitcase, without help

It was a bit hard to sleep with the light from lighthouse, but I know I’m a bit sensitive. Next time I will ask for a different room!

I recently stayed at Hotel Apollon in Sarandë and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected based on the booking website. The accommodations were outdated and did not match the photos shown online. While the website allows you to choose a specific room, the general photos do not reflect the poor quality of the room I was given.When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, I was not allowed to fully explain the issue. Instead, I was threatened with the cancellation of my reservation without a full refund. This level of customer service was unacceptable and left me feeling very disappointed with my stay.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, as it did not live up to its online presentation, and the service was unprofessional.

Friendly staff. Soft bed, quiet room, good breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly - from the front desk all the way to the breakfast room!! The room (Deluxe Double) had nice decor and a really comfortable bed. The location is nice. The 1km walk to the sandy beach is balanced out by the tranquility of the town.And the smoke-free-policy was a big win!The indoor-pool-area might not have a 'wellness-atmosphere', but was clean and perfekt for a morning swim before breakfast.

It could have been a little bit cleaner. The room had definitely been cleaned... but one of the reasons we knew was, because there were streaks from the cloth, that had been used to dust, on the mirrors and lamps. There was a coffee stain in the entry of the room, the curtains at the entry to the balcony were stained from the door and the balcony could have been freed from leaves...But in general we still felt comfortable!

The C'est La Vie restaurant was superb. Highly recommend the 5 course taster menu

We were given a room a very long way from the front of the hotel which involved five separate flights of stairs with windows that didn't open. Advice - try and get a room with a balcony and better a sea view to get the most out if this hotel!

Calling beach front it's bit too much since is no sand beach there and I rent room with balcony too make sure that I can have cigarett outside without leaving my child alone ,but even in the balcony you not allowed too smoke so you have people standing outside the hotel too smoke ,charming ...

Very nice location, great and helpful staff, nice restaurant (we only have been to Meat Bistro, and they do have vegetarian options!). Great that we could rented bikes. Beds very comfortable! Pool and saunas were a nice addition.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, especially the guys at breakfast. I was staying with my three year old and they were very sweet to her. I'd say the hotel was fine and I'd definitely stay again for a cheaper price. Excellent location for quiet walks on the beach, and beautiful sunsets. But... For the price we paid (almost 200 euro) it wasn't really anything special. Just totally fine.

The pool is in a nice room but the pool itself is a bit boring (nothing to do for kids and deep everywhere at 1.55, so you can only swim but not really play in the water). Edges of the pool were a bit dirty too, but we didn't really care. Breakfast was good, EXCEPT THE COFFEE (from a machine, was really terrible). They have a free coffee machine in the lobby which is nice, but it wasn't any better than the coffee at breakfast. Minibar was empty, and no room service.Oh and beware: the building is strange and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs to get to our room, which wasn't ideal with a toddler and definitely not suitable for wheelchairs/strollers.

Hospitable, warm welcome even when we arrived late evening. Staff was very friendly and prepared a breakfast box for us as we had to leave very early in the morning. Wellness facilities were still open later in the evening which is a plus

The room was clean and good, with good shower pressure, and early breakfast as per request

Shower stuff is not as advertised (instead of Rituals as they advertise, some cheap gels and shampoo)
