    • The facilities are modern and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beach outside the hotel is kept nice, though this isn’t beach paradise but that’s not a function of the hotel. Food is very good overall though the desserts aren’t the best. Breakfast is good as well. The pool is great, and the pool table is a nice touch and we enjoyed it as did other guests. It’s a nice boutique hotel and has great potential.
    • From the very first moment, we felt truly cared for. Traveling with our 3-month-old baby and our teenager, we were a bit anxious, but the entire team understood our needs perfectly and went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so well maintained. Everywhere you look, you can see the attention to detail. The beach right in front of the resort is, in our opinion, one of the best in this part of the city: clean, calm, and perfect for families. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the people. Every single member of staff we met was polite, warm, and genuinely smiling, which created such a welcoming atmosphere.A very special thanks goes to Sitty, the General Manager — not only a wonderful professional but also a truly kind human being. She made sure every detail was perfect for us and our baby, and her personal touch made us feel less like guests and more like family. We left Manolo Beach Resort with hearts full of gratitude and memories we will cherish forever. Without a doubt, this is a place we will be recommending to everyone we know. ?
    • Everything was perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the general manager, who kindly upgraded our booking to a better room. The lady working at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and hospitable. Julius arranged a local tour for us and followed up closely to ensure everything went smoothly. Junior made sure all our needs were taken care of, while Majala and his colleague were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning, the facilities were spotless, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to the chef who prepared a fresh tuna meal just for us — it was outstanding! ?

    Cons -

    • Our welcome was anticlimactic. We had just arrived from a long trip and we were made to wait for half an hour in the sweltering heat before check in, then started a comedy of errors and problems. It turned out that the only manager-like person at the hotel was a hapless 22 year old who didn’t really know how to deal with guests and she was quite overwhelmed and had a very bad attitude. Other guests complained similarly. We were surprised because all other aspects of the hotel were good. Next morning, the senior manager apologized profusely . She said this was a function of people calling in sick, leaving the 22 year old to take care of running the resort, which she clearly was incapable of doing. After that our stay was great in all respects and we were treated very well. If they take care of training staff and make sure they are not short staffed, this is a great resort.
    • Nothing!
    • It’s honestly hard to find anything we didn’t like. If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add tea and coffee-making facilities inside the room. That said, it didn’t cause any discomfort as the bar was open until 11 p.m.

Nice and comfortable rooms with Seaview The manager tried his best to make it a great time. The breakfast was very good. The location is ok so far, if you want to walk around there is the beautiful beach but not much to see around the area apart the beach. The new years eve party and BBQ was very good and it has been a very fair price.

A wonderful boutique hotel designed in African style with a beautifully kept garden, located right on the beach overlooking the Indian Ocean. Perfectly located swimming pool, overlooking the beach. The hotel provides pool towels and sun loungers (made from local wood and string). The rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables, basic cosmetics, a kettle for tea, a small fridge and a safe. Our room (2-bedroom master suite) had a beautiful balcony view of the pool and ocean. Rooms are cleaned every day. Very nice staff throughout the hotel, always helpful and smiling. We used the hotel restaurant. Very good and healthy food, always nicely presented (bravo to the cook). Wide selection on the menu. We used the shuttle to and from the airport. Everything went smoothly. We arrived late in the evening and a nice touch was the ability to order food despite the late hour. Additionally, the hotel is protected by Masai, so we felt safe.

    everything was perfect.

The breakfast was standard. We would have appreciated a variety. Also, remove items like bacon from the menu since it’s never there.

More information upfront would be highly appreciated e.g places to tour. Have written material for review.

The resort is located directly on the beach. It peaceful and quiet, and makes for a perfect destination if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Staff are friendly, and Sheikha, the manager, was especially helpful during our stay. We were initially in a 2 bedroom family room, but since there was an issue with the drain smell that couldn't be sorted immediately, Sheikh moved us to two separate rooms which were equally comfortable if not, better. Breakfast was great, and the chef was keen to take a special request on one of the days. The hotel grounds and the pool are well kept and cleaned every morning. On days we wanted to take a taxi to restaurants in the area, Sheikha arranged with the hotel driver to take us and bring us back.

There was a drainage issue in the family room we initially stayed in, but we were moved to another room for the rest of our stay. Would have like to see more local cuisine on the menu, as the menu caters more to the international palette.

Exceptional. Hotel is situated right on the beach with fantastic views. Wonderful welcome on arrival and lovely rooms. Whole resort is spotless and everyone very friendly. Food is available at the bar/restaurant and is excellent. Breakfast is alacarte and very good with some good choices. It is located just on the edge of the main resort which is easily walkable via road or beach. The pool is a good size and good for a relaxing swim. Everyone we met was great, helpful and friendly. I have no hesitatation recommending and will definitely stay again.
