Located in Kiwengwa on the north eastern peninsula of Zanzibar, Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa features 2 fresh water pools and a tropical garden. - The overall experience was great, would surely recommend NARENDRA SINGH JHALA FROM THE FOOD N BEVERAGE MANAGER - he took great care as we were vegetarians and made sure our food issues are taken care of, even when we were visiting for sightseeing the breakfast was been taken care for to-go. During booking reservations for dinner we had been guided well for various restaurants by him. Chef RANA and other chef also made sure we get great food in other restaurants THAI, ITALIAN AND INDIAN. Mr. joseph in reservation was very friendly and all the staff at front desk are welcoming.
- The garden, the suite I slept was close to sea, but very old furnished.
Cons -
- the bed single were too narrow, the birds during meals and during the beach are very annoying. needs to be taken care of.
- Food and beverages were disappointed, we could not get value of the money we pay, I only ate fruit. Cocktails were full of sugar, it was not possible to taste the alcohol inside them.
