No elevator (been assigned a room on the 5th floor at midnight upon arrival), no proper breakfast, very noisy environment,

The rooms are not good enough for the money paid, the bathrooms are dirty and filthy. The bedsheets provided to cover are worse than the ones provided in hospitals.

The access road is in very bad shape, particularly during the rainyseason. Something seriously needs to be done about it.
