Staff friendliness

I have been moved to a sister hotel-Gateway Hotel, no rooms in Fairways

Food was great

No air condition, reataurant needs to cater to guests and close at 10.30pm

we were heading back on belfast ferry from S.Eire next day and needed an overnight, picked this hotel but we wish we had stayed here longer as it was probably the best of the 3 we stayed for the money first rate, it took us 1hr 15 mins to stena terminal**

Food was excellent, staff were good and helpful

No shaver point in bathroom, had to call on the house technician to get T.V working

The most I love was the lady in front desk I hope remember her name correctly.Sara blond hair lady her customer service is out of this world and from there my stay was amazing and of course the hotel and the rooms are top notch Thank you

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was a decent size, and the breakfast was good.

The walls didn’t hold sound very well. There were people outside in the hallways until 1 or 2am and we could hear every word. We could also hear music (maybe a reception or party?). We were in the main hallway as the lobby so it could’ve been close proximity, and may not be like that on every floor. But it did make it difficult to sleep. The beds were comfy though!

Room very nice, spacious, modern and clean.

Room was very hot with no air conditioning too cool the room down.

We were there as a big wedding party , and it felt like the staff did not want to deal with us or Our American visitors. I would not go back this hotel.

Location was great and staff very helpful! Bar food was excellent and rooms quiet and clean.

Shower temp knob wasn’t working well and no AC but fan in room and open window worked well and we had great stay.

A lovely stay. Hotel is fresh and clean. Staff are pleasant and courteous.

Restaurant: we really liked the spacious and airy feel.The staff were excellent - friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, very helpful. They came across as having been well trained and professional which, sadly, is quite rare now!

The price could have been better ! Yes, I know it was the weekend.....

The staff, security, modern facilities, cleanliness, efficiency, great variety of breakfast, near perfect shops in case of emergencies, ample parking. Pretty much everything really.

No baths in any of the rooms. People with bad backs and travelling long distances need a soak but it was only a one night stay so it was fine. Walk in shower is very roomy.

A bit noisy - can’t be helped. Also odd to swipe into the halls but very secure

Excellent location for us attending a wedding near by . Clean and staff friendly.

Hotel was ideal for our stay. We did not have a meal, just breakfast, which was very good. The room was clean, nice coffee machine.

Nothing we didn't like.
