Great location, value and rooms

The breakfast coule be improved with a bit more choice especially of healthy options such as salads and cooked vegetables

It's a nice hotel with comfortable beds and a great breakfast buffet.

It doesn't get really dark in the room as the roller blind only partially covers the light from outside.

They charged me COP 8000 for a pod of coffee in the room. The first one did not have the price and i used it. I asked for 3 more and those had the price on it. The hostess in the restaurant was very rude. The servers were excellent

The location was great with access to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff are very polite.

The room was extremely small. The noise from the gym is pretty distracting throughout the day.

Amazing service. The booking was for my father who’s uses a wheelchair, although GHL only has ONE room adapted for people with disabilities, the staff is extremely helpful and patient. They accommodate it to as many requests as they could giving my father’s requirements. The service was amazing, as always. Thank you.

They only have ONE room for people with disabilities and they’re not entirely adapted: sink in bathroom not at right height, mirror way too high to wheelchair users, bed not at right height, etc..

The common areas weren't very clean, there wasn't enough information on what to visit in Yopal and it isn't very central.

The walls between rooms don't isolate well the noise. We had a noisy neighbor but staff kindly offered us to change the room.

Over the top level, just a few small things to reach total excellence, staff if great installations are great, rounded up 5 stars acomodation.

I wouldn't mind a free glass of water or a chocolate minty candy on my pillow... I guess what am saying is you need to display and show more love for your guess we are not just consumers and fillers for a day or two.

A great place to stay in yopal. Lots of shops near by and a lovely terrace for food and drinks. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

Room wasn’t cleaned as expected either of the 2 nights we spent in the same room
