Holiday Inn Express Yopal By IHG

Muy bonito Hotel, los trabajadores excelentes, buena atención. Super

Excellent and safe location, right across the street from the mall. Lots of food options nearby. Comfortable and clean room, with a good breakfast buffet.

Lovely staff

Not bar at the hotel...no good internet connection

Staff, location

No wheel chair acsess shower and toilet rooms

Very comfortable & cleangood breakfast and very friendly staffAmenities where amazing considering the size of the hotel

I do not have complains about it

The location and the pool area was very nice! Great breakfast too!!

There were walls in the bathroom that were not in good shape and the bathroom doorknob did not work properly which is pretty much unacceptable for an American brand hotel.

Clean, great breakfast Fantastic poolReally helpful staffNice decor

Very cordial staff, coffee machine in the room

Would prefer being able to open window and have a ceiling fan as an option for temperature control. No plastic and jug available in room to get drinking water. Coffee with breakfast was pretty awful.

Good service, high-quality food, good variety and taste. Comfortable and clean.

Wifi very bad

Rooms are good , Breakfast is good and there are different options.

Pillows (too big)

The staff at the desk was amazing and very helpful, I struggle still with Spanish fluency and they were patient and accommodating in every interaction.

Very spacious and bright room, big closets, big shower and vanity area with double sinks, big seating area, 2 flat screens TV one in the living room and one in the bedroom During the night it is dark and very quiet . Strong wifi signal

Excellent breakfast. it’s a free bar. The pool is small but fine. nice view from there

Very modern, well kept property. Pool is a great amenity, we used it several times during our stay. Every staff member was wonderful! Super professional and helpful. Service was great, especially front desk and the gentleman who was working in the breakfast area. We will definitely return in the future!

The breakfast and Location was good

The Room was noisy, and the coffe machine was broken.

The staff was very polite and helpful.Great location across the mall. Super clean

Poor breakfast and slow internet.

Great location, close to restaurants and Unicentro. The breakfast was generous and the hotel very clean and accommodating. It was a nice experience and we will return when we are in Yopal.

Really nice hotel located next to the main mall in the city with a great view from the rooftop

Excellent location and spacious rooms

Not enough parking spaces on premises. Free parking on shopping center but inconvenient.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, clean and quiet

Tight parking lot
