I loved the breakfast. I had fruit, an omlette toast and tea.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Rooms were a little dirty, fittings were falling of the walls, and there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. Hot water in the morning is one of the most basic requirements of any hotel. I should add that this was not a function of load shedding or a power outage, so must have been purely due to poor facility management.After checking out the reception staff member followed us out to our car and asked me for the CVV of my credit card claiming the payment hadn’t gone through on the hotel’s system. I showed him on my banking app that the funds had clearly been deducted from my credit card, but he was insistent on having the CVV. The CVV should never be required for an in-person payment, and I suspected he was harvesting credit card numbers for fraudulent purposes and refused to give it to him for that reason and to prevent a double-charge, one or both of which would certainly have occurred had I provided the details.

it were good facilaties but I think they can do more by adding breakfast as a fixed part of booking

There should have been water in the fridge, there were nothing just a bottle of water on the table, wotwer should be kept cold

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and will be staying there again soon.

No underground parking for private cars.

Clean! Comfortable bed! We slept in because it was raining and the house keeping staff came to our room to ask if we need extra water & coffee. Check in staff were friendly & professional

Since we stayed in we ordered room service throughout the day and the room service team definitely lack telephone etiquette!!!!

The shower needs an upgrade—the door didn’t close properly, causing water to leak out.The shower tiles looked old and dirty, making the bathroom feel like it needed more attention.The room had an old carpet on the floor, which didn’t feel very fresh or modern.The air conditioning required servicing, as it wasn’t working as efficiently as expected.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Felt safe, thank you mr security guy! Overall an amazing stay! Thank you ANEW staff!!!!!!!!!!!

The close proximity to the freeways, shopping centres and shops.

Our door had a problem, because part of the locking mechanism were gone. I ask the reception (a man) 4 times to fix it, but after our two week stay in the hotel it was still broken. Because of the broken door and our room adjacent to the door leading to the outside steps allowed my wife to have difficulty sleeping for our entire stay. Secondly,The safe battery were flat and we were given a key to lock and unlock the safe until it could be replaced, but this never happened. Overall I believe the maintenance of this hotel is very sloppy and could improve in many ways.

Stuff was very helpful and friendly, loved the location.

Room wasn’t 100% clean…could still see left over hair in the shower but everything else was great.

The stuff was friendly, room was clean and the breakfast was beyond amazing. We really enjoyed our stay with my Mom. ❤️

the hotel is close to the freeway. was noisy at night. the buffet breakfast was very limited and quantities of variety was poor. not worth the value for monies spent.

Absolutely nothing.

The welcome and reception were very unfriendly. The room was terrible— the air conditioner was broken, and there was no water provided. The hotel felt dark and uninviting. During a business lunch, the waiter lingered around and eventually asked us to pay because his shift was ending. The food was also terrible. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2-star establishment. I would'nt go back.

Location is perfect ?

The smell of urine when entering the room that was the only thing but the room was spotless clean

The cleanness of the property and the location.

The breakfast staff were extremely rude on my first day. For someone who booked for 4 days it’s very rude to loudly tell me to settle my bill before going to my room. It could have easily been charged to the room and I’ll pay it when checking out.

The room was warm, comfortable and quiet.Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
