A very high standard luxury hotel. Top class professional service from every member of staff. Beautiful room, delicious food, amazing beach and pool area. Excellent value for money. Top class resort. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

We visited the hotel for 4 days , supposedly its all inclusive the food was terrible nothing new in the menu same menu everyday except for dinner maybe one or two dishes different the food didnt have a taste , the inside pool is very small , we had to pay for each game we played like snooker , popcorn and stuff like that . Everyday same shows no attraction for the children , the rooms were not clean had to ask them couple of times to clean the bed is not comfortable its like sleeping on a deck , very noosy and old hotel overall it was a waste of a vacation not worth my stay i was very surprised of the quality of the hotel, its like staying at a 2 star hotel

The hotel's location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from the border, and there's an Israeli SIM card. The buffet has a decent selection of food. The rooms are clean. The heated indoor pool is small, but suitable for children. The price/quality ratio is very good, especially off-season

The animation is terrible, the children's play area and even the playground are only open five hours a day. Perhaps we were unlucky and a lot of mosquitoes flew into our room.

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. I asked reception for a crib for my child, but they didn't respond. On my last day, my wallet was missing, and I found it in the locker, even though I hadn't put it there. I'm sure it was a malicious act by the cleaning staff to steal it from me. I went to reception, and they seemed to know what had happened. The food wasn't very clean; a group of sparrows had entered and were eating cakes in the dining room. The waiters smiled at us to get tips. At the pool, the attendant was busy on his phone; I asked him several times for a towel. There was a smell of kerosene in the elevator, and I had a child with me in a stroller, which bothered me.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The beach was spotless, the sea crystal clear, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect place for a beach holiday — we’ll definitely be back!

the indoor pool could use some renovation

We liked the staff the most, they made our stay great with their great hospitality and treatment. Merna made sure our room (1/3 rooms) was comfortable, Hafez from the pool, waleed and wesam. Mustafa and Nader from the bar, they all made great friends with my son Hussein. Chef Ahmed khamis made sure our food was delicious, abd El Hameed and Ayman helped us so much with the directions ?. Mohammed made sure our rooms are clean, and Ahmed mousa also. Mohammed matar, Moustafa and sidki from breakfast were amazing serving us in the restaurant. Abed el rahman and Mohammed abd el rahman and sayed cooked the most delicious food. And of course the best companions Adel and Mohammed made our stay extra extra special with their humble services, they made us feel like at home, along with Sarah Julia and Stella every night. The spa was also great, fatma and abdo make the best massages. We also did the scuba diving and I highly recommend doing it there!We stayed for almost a week and they made the stay so great we’re definitely coming back soon ???

Had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and offers an amazing atmosphere for relaxation.What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to recognize Fadel and Shareef. Both of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for during our stay.Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The Hotel is our home since i was 7 y.o .The property is extraordinary, clean, renovated, well maintained and beautiful. The staff are very friendly, trustworthy and welcoming.The food is great, refillable every 10-15 mins, not just an appearance ( on the contrary, quality and tasty)

Treatment was not nice at all . I overcharged for no reason . Did not give the true dates on my papers so I was not able to get my money back at the border

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were always there to help with a smile on their faces. All in all, a super pleasant experience. Loved the quiet, private beach and the well-decorated pool area. Also, really enjoyed the fact that you can shop inside the hotel.

The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and very nice. We got the renovated rooms and it was beautiful.

They should improve the food. There wasn’t enough variety

Excellent high quality hotel with good customer service.

The area outside is like a military camp. Some of the locals are very unpleasant and threatening if you are a Westerner. I felt very uneasy and was happy to leave.

The entire staff is very attentive,helpful and friendly.The customer relations manager and the concierge always have an open ear for any question.We were very well taken care of- highly recommendable,especially during the quiet season!☀️
