MountainPark | Event- und Tagungshotel

Free Parking, free wifi. nothing else

You can hear other „guests“ having loud intercourse in the rooms for hours. Elevator did not work. No ac. No coffee at breakfast, staff wont bring coffee to us. Bad breakfast in gerneral. Rooms have bad lighting, not cozy. No minibar or netflix

Good bar and restaurant. Food was tasty.

The lift wasn’t working and we were assigned rooms on the second floor. No assistance was offered to help us get our luggage to our room (we are elderly and have some mobility issues. Fortunately the family members accompanying us are younger and carried my suitcase to the room. They shouldn’t have had to step in to do that.

Clean & comfortable Friendly helpful staff

The neatness, politeness of staff, breakfast, restuarant, affordability, family friendly, etc

Clean and cozy little room. Italian restaurant downstairs, helpful staff.

We were not so satisfied with the pillows on the bed and one big blanket for two.

Bathtub, facilities.

The pillows weren't too comfortable and the sheets/cover was sometimes too warm, but if not under the sheet it was too cold.

The hotel has free parking and that was very convenient. Is just 12min driving from Kassel centrum and next to the Hercules monument. Is very quiet area and the room was very comftable with nice lighting system and nice decoration.

I very much missed a small fridge in the room and there is space to place one. The bathroom was small and in the parking behind the hotel was very dark.

Great breakfast, also gluten free possible.

Limited parking space. Possible, but difficult to park properly when coming late at night.

Very friendly staff, room was immaculate, food was great.

The employee are very nice ..The room is cleanParking is good

Everything was perfect

Location was good and parking convenient.

There were no tables available for dinner due to prior bookings, the hotel did not contact us to recommend booking as is often the case. We arrived at breakfast over an hour before the end of service and there was insufficient food or crockery; no cups or glasses, no bread, minimal meats, cheese or eggs. The staff were really slow to replenish the few supplies that were restocked.Room adequate, but Nespresso machines do not do the job for tea, a kettle is perfectly sufficient.

Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. Perfect location for Wilhelmshöhe park.

Breakfast was good, but for the price could have had slightly more choice.

Good

12 EUR for an extra bed for kids is little too much.parking was difficult and no electric charging available in the property

The staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also good (the sausages/weiners were nice)Front desk was very helpful too (ordered my taxi through the front desk)Peaceful and calm hotel to reside.

No toothpaste in the bathrooms, Breakfast was the same on a daily basis (maybe try and add some baked beans to the breakfast to accomodate international guests)

The property has ample parking space, a convenient location, and great facilities. We had a good family time while visiting Kessel.

From outside it doesn’t look like impressive but inside is nicely renew and they have everything even good restaurant

Very friendly and supportive staffs and nice location not far from main tourist attraction.. Bus stop right infront of the hotel but need extra planning while travelling by local transportation as no buses in the evening but 15 minutes walking away from the tram station that runs till late at night.. Everything was great..

Everything was good so far..

MountainPark was a last-minute booking for a layover on our way north. It was a last-minute booking that we ended up wishing we had stayed at for more than just one night. The room was beautiful, clean and very considerately furnished with two working stations and an entire room for luggage. The colour palette was en pointe. The staff was helpful and wonderful, the breakfast was stunning, there were plenty of charging spots for cars, and the hotel has a perfect location. We will happily come back and enjoy the surroundings.

Parking space available and nearby a nice hill area to hike.

Neighbors played extremely loud music. There were no rooms available away from the noise. While this is not something the hotel can directly influence, it did cause a negative experience. Perhaps isolation for a few rooms facing the loud neighbors would help.

The location is very nice, its located very close to the park. The food in the restaurant was also really nice. Breakfast was fine.

The room had a bit of a stale smell, it smelled like it needed to be ventilated. Not a big downside as the windows could be opened.
