Very large very modern rooms Bathroom was larger than some hotel rooms in Europe

The in house restaurant had good food bit poor service

Bed was comfortable. Not so far from the main station. Relatively quiet. Good breakfast.

Everything is ugly - the building, the decoration, the stairs. Lack of a minimum of sophistication. For example, there is a cigarette vending machine in the lobby.

Location is good for passing through but not amazing. Parking is very poorly maintained. Hotel is a bit old-fashioned

Fast check-in, kind staff, spacious and perfectly clean room with huge bathroom. Breakfast was also really good, fresh, tasty and well served.One of the best 3 stars hotels where I were so far.

The location is close to the public transportation and supermarket.

The breakfast was very good, quite some choices of bread, sausages, eggs, cornflakes, cupcakes, etc. Also 3 kinds of juices, coffee etc.

very nice breakfast, staff nice and friendly, separate blankets in the room. Overall positive experience. Parking in the inner yard is charged separately.

The hotel is just next to church. Be aware of church bells ringing early in the morning and quite heavy traffic. No air conditioner.

The room was clean, well heated and of a good size. The buffet breakfast was varied and very good.The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in the centre of the town.

Centrally-located, both free and paid parking at/near the hotel, spacious room, perfect bathroom/shower, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and courteous. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Nice place good location close to motorways and town Center

After we managed to check in to our rooms, the hotel service was very good. Very good breakfast, quiet rooms. Good location.

We were not allowed to checkin to our rooms until 14.00. We left the hotel for a walk and returned before 15.00. To our surprise, the cleaning staff had forgot to clean our two rooms, however the reception had noted that they were cleaned. It took some time to find cleaning staff and after that about one hour to clean. The effect for us was that we could not visit the Christmas Market in Kassel, and had to go directly to the reserved dinner restaurant.

Bed was really comfortable and shower was awesome, room was lovely don't be put off by the outside appearance

The location is somewhat central, but the area is shady… felt unsafe.It was not confortable during the night. Either you keep the fan or the window open and it gets loud.The price was too high for a 3 star hotel. We travelled around Germany and this was the most expensive hotel and the biggest letdown.
