Bring lied to and misrepresenting. I had to go out for breakfast

The receptionist was absolutely amazing mathes she spoke perfect English I was blown away

The room was clean, functional, and had a nice view, especially the church across the street. Staff was helpful.

The church bell is literally across the street from the hotel, and very loud. Don't stay here if noise bothers you.

Town centre but quiet; the reception lady was very friendly, knowledgeable with a great sense of humour and very helpful.

Location. Very clean, comfortable. Beautiful view from the windows of my room -4th floor.

Everything was perfect for short stay.

Everything,place, clean, every time better than before.Jezt you can mornings warm coffe or tee doing or nights warm Suppe.Im said that I'm every time deeply thankful for such service.And also cleanliness is on high level.Thank you Adesso

Not much, to be fair

A bigger fridge or kitchenet would be appreciated. Wi-fi was really terrible. Pillows were too big/tall

The hotel is easy to get by bus or tram. It is very comfortable, it has a refrigerator and a kettle. Tram 4 stop at the front, easy to visit Hércules monument, Bergpark and city center.The bathroom is small.

The receptionist arrives at 2pm.

Rooms are clean, property is good.

Very bad timings for the front desk, you cannot ask someone to keep your luggage for few hours after checkout. Once you go out you cannot come inside if you do not have a card. No toiletries are available, no facility available. Room is only to come sleep and go

Very clean and quiet. Bathroom is a bit tiny, but adequate!

It would be nice if there was a hand towel and a bath mat. Due to the way the shower is constructed, It’s hard to shower without spilling some water into the rest of the bathroom and it doesn’t drain

Nice eateries for breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby. Shops and transport also close by.

No kettle with complimentary tea,coffee.Poor wi_fi signal. Carpets are threadbare and unsightly in passages and staircase.

Not coming again

Wasted my valuable euros for a night, the room was an attic room, and it had mould smell, secondly there was no ac or anything for ventilation, i just wanted to have a stay so just had it, it was not my choice but necessity just to spend a night on some bed rather then on a platform, so yeah, had to bear it! Otherwise it was worst.

The transportation is good from main station

The room is hot. We could not sleep whole night. Not proper facilities

For me the location was great. It's easy to get anywhere in town since there is a tram stop right near the hotel. THe room was nice and clean, good shower, even a mini fridge. And a nice view at the church across the street!

My room was facing the street and it gets quite noisy when the windows are open. There is no A/C so when it's hot outside, you have to make a choice: noise or stuffy room.

Good quality comparing to price. Clean rooms on good location.

Got a good big double bed, although I only ordered a single. Nice simple clean room with bathroom and with a refrigerator. Right near the tram stop. I also got a card for free public transportation for the days of my stay! Thanks!

Everything was perfect!

The cafeteria which located towards to the hotel which has no relation to the hotel.

1. Noisy2. I asked lady on the reception to change the room because the noise is coming from the trams. She said the transportation will stops at 23:00. I failed with sleeping at 1:30am.3. Smell of cigarettes in the room.4. No shampoo and shower gel in the rooms.
