Good parking, when we mentioned the dirty smelly room, the front desk person gave us another room, no attitude.

Dirty room, nail clippings on the floor, smelled of smoke and/or mildew, not enough storage, no elevator to our room. Had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs

It was a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong with it. The breakfast was good. We walked to a delicious German restaurant for dinner that was next to McDonald’s.

The Check-In clerk! He was like irritated that he was at work. Very slow. Also, for the first time EVER in all my travels we had to get another room for our Grandson. We were told that the rooms were too small? for three people to share a room? Then give us a room to accommodate 3 people. All three of us traveled for 3 weeks, and this hotel was the ONLY one to make us get two rooms. (Germany, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden) Also, after hours of driving and being tired my husband went to ask if there was ice available ... same clerk was extremely irritated to be disturbed again! Maybe you should assist him to find another job!

Great personell, bed was fantastic, good quality.

There was no AC, og since this is close too the highway, made me have window open during the night, and a bit noisy for me.

Fine, clean hotel. Perfect for overnight stay travelling by car.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Large free parking with e-charges, the room is standard for that hotel chain.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but it had a few drawbacks. There was no elevator, and my room was on the first floor, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Additionally, the room lacked a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The location was also difficult to navigate, as there was limited access to public transportation. I ended up having to take a taxi both ways.

It was clean

Very rude staff. Unstable bed and mattresses. If one person turned on the other side, the whole bed was shaking and disturbing sleep of the other person. We couldn't buy breakfast on the spot same morning.

Very friendly receptionist, who was really helpful to find a dinner location. Breakfast is outstanding!

We slept over night on our way south and this place was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room was fresh.

This hotel is amazing ? . I have stayed here many times and the Manager is the nicest guy you could wish to meet. Polite , helpful, respectful and goes out of his way to make guests stay as nice as possible. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Extremely quiet, thought the traffic would be noicy, but not a sound. Looked to be very new. Staff was super nice! Just stayed one night when traveling, very convenient right at the highway.

Clean, warm and with very comfortable beds. Advantage the hotel's (free) parking in front or behind the premices.

Hotel advertises as the one with pets allowed, but on arrival, we have been told that we should have sent them an email informing about the dog. That was a bit strange. They don't tell you how much is charge for dog on Booking. I think it should be included in the description. I don't have problem paying, but it would be nice to plan the budget in advance correctly.
