Perfect location for Christmas markets! Parking lot just across the street. Quick and easy check in via messaging key codes. Rooms are rather basic but beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and able to get me an extra pillow. Great value and would stay again if in the area.

This was the perfect no-frills hotel for us to spend a quiet day in Kassel. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was even a coffee maker in the room. Parking was conveniently located behind the hotel.

We didn't mind, but people should be aware there are a lot of stairs and no elevator.

Clean, spacious and comfortable suite, located close to restaurants and shops as well as museums and other sightseeing activities.

There is no elevator, and all rooms require climbing at least one set of stairs. We knew this, and it was not a problem, but it's something to plan for if travelers have impaired mobility.

Location is great, value for money and overall experience disappointing.

Size of the room (Kassel is not NYC), no A/C (it had 38 degree Celsius) - staff was hardly able to handle check-in, we received couple of spam mails prior to our stay (staff kind of apologized, still this felt a bit weird)

What I loved is that we were taken care of so wonderfully. We had originally been given a room on a higher floor and after check in we were offered a room on a lower floor so it would be easier to get to and from our room. We had no physical need for a lower floor and we were only going to be there one night, but still we were offered the change. This is great service, our accommodation changed for our comfort and without us asking. That was wonderful. Also, my German is horrible and the man checking us in did not speak English. His friendly nature and alot of hand gestures and his patience with my bad German made check in free of stress. The location of the Hotel for Kassel was perfect for everything we wanted to see.

Stayed here for 2 nights due to work. Location was fantastic, you're right next to the shopping street and have plenty of stores and food places nearby! Room was comfortable, clean and had a ventilator ?

Very clean, dail cleaning and change of towels, we arrived late and was not a problem due to contactless checkin, comfortable bed, a fan was available in the room which was very nice

Location was good near the city center. There was no breakfast, but there was multiple nice cafes near by.

The parking was full, because some cars have parked poorly. So we parked on space which was not for the hotel. Fortunately we did not get to any trouble.

Was very tidy and clean. Almost like new. Have coffe in the room and all u need to connect to the wifi and TV.

As a person with social anxiety the check-in was perfect, you can get your key out of a safe at the front door.

It was very cold in the room cause the heating was turned off after I came back at night and it took a little for it to be warm again
