Nothing!!!

Everthing, very ugly hotel. They have not parking lot, no even a space to park while you go to the reception to leave the luggage because, they are located exactly at the train station and no way to get trere by car. They send you to park 1 kM away!!!

The room was very clean and I like the slippers - to avoid the carpets. The sweets on the pillows are a nice touch, even though I'd prefer mints. The style of the building and rooms is suitable for work and travel. It was also pretty quite at night.

I personally do not like unwashable pillows on the bed which have only deco purpose. I would also prefer a herbal or calming tea in the assortment rather that a black tea for the evening. Due to the structure of the room, the bathroom has no ventilation which leads to mould in shower. I had the feeling of a fungus steam sauna which is a pity since the room is otherwise very nice. The towels are sadly the new kind, the ones that do not really dry.

Excellent location a few meters away from the train station where ICE trains are stopping. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and in a very good state. The breakfast was very good and with quality products.

Our bathroom had a bathtub, which didn't have a grab bar and this poses a risk of slipping incidents.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Free tickets for bus and tram included. Not far from town centre on the tram.

It was a bit noisy early in the morning (train station facing room) but they do provide earplugs.

The rooms are spacious and have been beautifully redesigned. They are in a good location, next to local transportation.

Central location, which also means a lot of noise from outside (trams and trains and traffic).We had to sleep with the windows open, because it was hot and there is no air conditioning, and it became very noisy.

Nice location just by the station and quite near the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. We stayed in the junior suite, which was nuce and clean and spacious. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The breakfast was mediocre. Uninteresting coffee and boring eggs.Be aware that due to the location of the hotel, it's quite noisy due to the traffic, which is annoying if you like to sleep with open windows. However, if you close the window, there is no noise whatsoever.

Lovely modern large room overlooking station square and entrance. Clean comfy beds. Good shower. Ear plugs provided if you want to keep the window open as it can be noisy with the traffic, buses and trams.

Nice breakfast. Very Friendly Staff. Comfortable Beds.The location is perfect for travellers , just 30 seconds to walk from the railway station.

Location is perfect for us, directly outside of the train station, and it is also easy to take public transportation. I like the desk in the room and there were many plug sockets, very convenient for people travel for work. Bathroom is also big. Did not try breakfast.

Outside staircase directly outside of the window, a bit strange.
