The staff are friendly and responded to questions quickly. Issues in the bathroom were fixed quickly.The spa area is pleasant, with a sauna, steam bath, and soothing outside area.The heritage park nearby is lovely.A good selection of pillows at the touch of a button.

The room was somewhat dated and gave no luxury feel. The wifi was spotty and slow.There were the aforementioned three problems in the bathroom, no hot water, hanging shower-head, and leaky sink, that we had to request repairs on.The breakfast was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, which would be fine were it a lower cost hotel.It was noisy in the morning. Outside our room was the parking lot, with a few tractors that drove in and out, as well as a loading bay. There was also a party in the hotel one night that was loud and went to around midnight.They have a poor tablet system with hotel services. It is slow, the phone aspect failed to work, and it blinks at night.It's a bit of a hike to the nearest transit and a bit far from any kind of city facilities.The one massage in the spa was sub-standard -- the Thai massage locations in the city were better.We were unable to rent mountain bikes as they lost the key to the storage.

Perfect location for exploring the park - it was right across the road. We were there on a Wednesday when the water games happened, which were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is clean and well-presented, with very easy parking on-site. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Evening meals in the restaurant were very expensive and there was limited choice.

Good size rooms, clean, easy parking/spacious, very good breakfast and very nice surroundings.

Very coordian service by the staff. Unfortunately, could not take advantage of the spa options, due to late evening earrival. However, the breakfast could be improved a bit i.e. wrt. choice/options etc., I guess. It was good anyway !

The location of the hotel is perfect if you're planning to explore Kassel's beautiful park—it's right next door! Our room was spacious enough for our family of three, and we especially loved the amazing balcony. The hotel facilities were excellent too, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a cozy, inviting bar and restaurant area that's perfect for relaxing with a drink. Being right next to the parking space also made arriving with luggage super convenient.

The beds were incredibly comfortable as well and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking Kassel city at no extra charge. The pool area looks incredible and picturesque however we did not personally use it

Only 2 coffee machines for the entire hotel is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Buy 6 more coffee machines. Tomorrow. Also another guest tied their dog outside ALL NIGHT ... and it barked ALL NIGHT. We only got 2 hours sleep our second night. Horrible.

This was my third time, and there is definitely a noticeable decline, both in the rooms and in the overall quality of the hotel. This time, I was accommodated in what seemed to be an older part of the hotel, and this area is clearly in need of renovation.However, the biggest difference is in the reception team. Very different from my first stays. At check-in, we were not given any information about the hotel, its schedules, or services, and they didn’t clearly explain where the rooms were located. We had very heavy luggage, and the access to the rooms involved many stairs, with no elevator available.It’s clear that there have been changes in the hotel’s policy. During my previous stays, we were always welcomed at the reception by a very professional and friendly gentleman. This time, however, there was no one who stood out in a positive way or made us feel welcome.

The cleaning is not performed daily anymore.

Close to the park for a nice walk and very good breakfast.

The installations are quite old, not renovation in place, although very clean. There are just two small pools and the spa section is quite small.The hotel is not easy reachable with public transportation.

Nicely located in the heart of nature, many oportunities for walks, bike rides etc. Superior rooms are spacios, lovely panoramic sauna.

Excellent location; great restaurant, including breakfast, appreciate dog friendly policy.

In less than 24 hrs of my stay I was asked 3 (!) times to fill in my address-?? - last time during the checkout (when the car was loaded and my daughter and dogs were in waiting) even though all my details, including credit card’s had been noted the day before at check in. Also, didn’t like the poor accessibility and a bit dusty corridors of the building where our room was located. Next time I’ll ask for a room in the main building, like during my previous stay

Quite understandable, but you need to book your treatments well in advance. Parking is paid - again, understood. The price is lower than for outsiders though.

Wellness area was very good, breakfast great! Nice strong shower. Room comfortable.

Restaurant on the pricey side, staff could be more attentive.
