    Pros +

    • Very good
    • Lovely stay. Good rooms. Good service.
    • Poor

    Cons -

    • Had to change my room after two days because the toilet was broken. Was quite difficult, I first had to move my things downstairs, then go back up again. The breakfast was way too expensive for the poor quality (poor election, very vegan-unfriendly). Furthermore, the supposedly catchy advertising for getting free water as a member is very problematic. The phrase "Water is a member's right" is at odds with human rights whereas water is a human right and stimulates separative class thinking.
    • I was staying in room number 308, and I was disturbed all night (really all night) by a couple who were loudly enjoying sex.
    • Maybe a little warm in the room but window open and all well

The reception person (mr Navid) was very nice and guided us.

For parking you must pay 10 euro extra which I dont find it fair. Eventhough The price of hotel is not cheap. For breakfast you must pay too.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are quite clean. To the hotel's credit, they refunded us for the second day of breakfast.

Old rooms. Didn't like the breakfast at all, we could have bought bread and ham much cheaper in the supermarket. But either due to unprofessionalism or simple negligence, I had to contact them three times before I got a refund.

Conveniently located to Bugasee parkrun I had planned on running during my overnight stay in the beautiful park just a few minutes walk from the hotel. On arrival I ventured out and less than 5 minutes walk away I found a lovely café called Cafe-Restaurant De Fermo which I highly recommend if you are just looking for a light bite and a beer after a long day travelling. All in all I would definitely return here for a short stay should I find myself in Kassel once again which I certainly hope I do.

The parking costs €10 and wasn't exactly what I would call secure but in fairness I just parked on the street outside with no issues.

Self check-in and check-out system was fine.

Very poor breakfast. It is definitely not worth the price the hotel charges for it. There is even a shortage of boiled eggs. The staff is not prepared for the number of guests. There was no hot water in the hotel for a day.

    Great location.

I had to pay for breakfast extra despite information on booking.com , that the breakfast was included. Then I was charged twice for it.

    Small bed

    7PierrePosted on: 7-15-2025

    Good bed and bathroom

Didn't see any staff and complicated check in

    8WenzingerPosted on: 7-15-2025

    Nice location, clean room

Parking now costs and is limited

    8PolinaPosted on: 7-5-2025

Simple small room with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It’s a bit warm and the air conditioner is too loud, but otherwise it was fine.

Good rooms and secure parking. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Easy access to old town which was worth the walk.

A bit expensive compared to the same places.

    Quiet, easily accessible and clean

    8LukešPosted on: 5-18-2025

    brekfast, cleanless

Tea possible only from the machine (only instant)

    4NehalPosted on: 4-25-2025

    Maybe won't go here again

Not even hot water cattle in the room, if we need coffee or tea, we need to go down to vending machine downstairs

    9NataliyaPosted on: 4-10-2025

Nice room, comfy bed. When I booked at the booking.com there was free parking, but when I checked in I had to pay 10 per night.
