It was good acceptable far from city with taxi u must go

It was far from city and it is written 1.7 km far but in fact 4 km was far from city center

Location is good and nice for single night.

TV remotes was not working well. Bathroom cover was broken. small room.

Did not particularly like the hotel.

It's decor is antiquated and tried. Bathroom grubby and old shower. There was a TV but no stations. No soap in the shower dispenser. One of bulbs in the shower was burnt and another bulb missing by the bedside. Old towels. No lift to Upper floor.

Nothing good on this stage

- Reception wasn’t able to speak in English (on check-in time)- Reception give registration paper only all in German and wasn’t able to explain what information they want, our trave documents he wasn’t able to read and wast ask any questions also (take it the picture without asking). -To take extra money for services, that they was able to make quickly. - Reception confusion about the room keys (they was thinking we already have them and waste of time.- Room what we booked was supposed to be with balcony (it was in reality without)- Arrived in the room -bathroom was already used with someone else and all floor floated with the water ?(becase it was 1:00am, reception was already closed and wasn’t possible to ask clarification, even not in the morning check-out time).- Front of us neighbour room 202 (room where was possible to smoke), but probably stuff not knowing the fact that smoke was in our room, mainly in bathroom (arrived to our room via bathroom ventilation) + huge argument that room after 3:00am.

The area was quiet and there was a shoping store smd restaurant nearby.

The door was locked when i arrived although it was midday, the staff were most of the time not present at the counter, there was no room cleaning service, the rooms were not clean.

Worst of Germany

Paid parking, bad beds, hot room , everything broken, from the shower to the beds, the walls... very old , very expensive, one of the worst hotel I've been in many years..

They show pictures of a beautiful hotel and it's the old and ugly. The rooms look dirty. The staff doesn't speak English.

The hotel is ugly and smells weird.

Room were completely different than the photos. Shower was with black moss, dirty toilet, smell of cigarette, dirty towel, dirty and uncomfortable bed, dirty pillow. It was very awful. And when I was front of the reception, customer on the phone try to book a room and pay at arrival. Receptionist was tell the person on the phone s/he must pay online. Because I’m sure no one will pay €65 for that s… hole.

2 buns and 1 egg and some butter and cheese/ham 1 cup of coffee and a small glas of orange juice. Limited time which didnt quite fit our scheduele.

The hotel and rooms was not very nice. Dirty and ciggarette butts on the balcony. The shower had mold on the shower-curtains. Small room which had a lot of cigarette smell. Lights that didnt work and not even bed lamps in 1 of the rooms.Good if you absolutely only need to sleep, but if you want to shower and spend another hour in the room I do not recommend.

The staff was highly helpful and friendly. There's a tram stop just outside of the hotel, which was convenient. Also not that far away was a grocery store.In general, it's good for one night stay

Although it wasn't hot outside, it was pretty hot inside and no AC, so I imagine that in summer it's rough there.The furnishing is outdated, the shower had some mold here and there, which is common in Germany but when one pays over 60 euros a night, it is quite unsettling. We also had no soap, the the towels had some yellow stains.But the biggest issue is the isolation, you can hear the water running in the neighbors bathroom or someone trying to plug in the charger

Absolutly nothing

The rooms was not usable, it was dirty and old furniture, we could not use the facilities and my visitor had to sleep in the car

the size of the rooms is quite okay, near to the public transport so friendly stuff

dirty, everything is old, almost not possible to rake a shower as the water is just so hot.

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room served all our purposes.

There is a tram stop (Leuschnerstraße) right outside the hotel (50m), which is very convenient to reach the inner city as well as other points of interest and further transport connections. There is a shopping mall (dez Einkaufszentrum Kassel) within walking distance (400m).

The room décor and furniture are a bit outdated, including the carpet on the bedroom floor and the bathroom accessories. There is sometimes a bit of a musty smell in the room (if it has been closed for too long) and may require airing.

Glad it allowed me to visit documenta, when other short term options were almost exclusively twice as expensive at the time of booking. Location is pretty good, tram right in front of the hotel takes you directly into the town centre in ten minutes. Staff is friendly

Had to change room during stay. Wifi not working reliably in room, broken glass bedside lamp, carpet mightn’t be, but feels dirty. Lighting in the room is atrocious. Wish I had never seen the pillow underneath its cover. Value for money seems out of kilter, but perhaps that’s to be expected for an on-the-day booking, while documenta is on.

Absolutely nothing! It is a shame that such hotels exist and charge such an expensive price for the services they provide.

It was disgustingly dirty plus completely bad taste of design! Pictures of rooms in Booking. com do not correspond to the real condition of the rooms in the hotel.
