Clean and a very attractive price

No breakfast if you didn’t order upfront. Which is fine, unless they never tell you you need to order upfront…

A great location , clean and calm , very comfortable beds , highly recommend

I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and standard, with a comfortable bed. After reading reviews about the breakfast, I chose not to pay for it. Instead, I found many excellent bakeries nearby, just a short tram ride away. Tram is very close to the hotel so was very convenient to get to the city centre.

Was a pleasant short stay so nothing negative to say!

The staff at the reception, he is not there all the time. We have to call him every time we need something even for check in & check out

We selected this hotel for an overnight stop on our way to Eastern Europe as it was stated to have a restaurant. The room claimed to be a restaurant is in fact a bar & breakfast room, no other meals are served & the hotel is located in a commercial area with the only dining opportunity being fast food outlets in the shopping mall opposite the hotel, which closed al 19.30. We just got the last remnants from one of these outlets before it closed. The hotel should not be allowed to claim it has a restaurant. We will NOT be back!

Hotel was closed when I arrived and nobody answered my phone or doorbell, so I had to find another open hotel to stay that night

Very good staff and the property and apartment was modern, clean and spacious.

The breakfast was a sandwich purchase and limited options.

Excellent location for our reason to be in Kassel - church for family wedding approx. 10 minutes walk away, and city centre about 15 minutes away by tram, so good access for sightseeing. Shopping centre and good restaurant (Lavastein) 2 minutes walk away.

When we there for our stay we had to pay for our breakfast and it was not very good and the coffee was not very good either. I wish we would have went to a actual Cafe when we found out that the complimentary breakfast was no longer available. But we still paid full price for the room and more for breakfast

Parking was a bit tight. There appeared to be about 10 spaces for the hotel, 7 under the building and 3-4 out in the open. Breakfast was pre-ordered sandwiches, but the nearby shopping mall had a good choice. The bed was very low, which made it difficult to get out of.

This is a modern, comfortable hotel just on the edge of Kassel. The guy running it was very friendly and helpful.

It's away from pretty much anything, apart from an out-of-town shopping complex. There are some restaurants if you don't mind a walk or a drive, but there aren't any bars and the hotel's own restaurant and bar was closed. To be fair, the owner did open up and serve us a couple of drinks, but it was a glum affair with no-one else in the bar.

Clean and decent room for a few nights stay. A little bit warm in the room due to no AC. but, very good location! walking distance to supermarket, stores, and restaurant. the good restaurant was Lavastein! must try.

If you want to eat breakfast, there are better options, it's expensive for what you get.
