Pros +
- Clean, location is good, they have the kitchen downstairs, we cooked something warm everyday. My parents are very satisfied.
- The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There was no “corner dirt” on the floor, the walls were spotless, and no mold. I had a shared bathroom and that was also very clean. It was 10-15 minutes from the train station, and all the main sites in the city were easily walkable (I am in my late ‘60s). The area was quiet. The breakfast, extra cost, was good and included eggs, meat, cheese, orange juice, rolls, coffee, and cereals.
- It is perfect! You get your own bedroom with a shower and sink in it, so all you have to leave the room for is the toilet or kitchen. There’s a tv and it feels like a little apartment. They even left some (sparkling) water and a packet of Haribos ☺️
Cons -
- Nothing!
- curtain a bit thin, and it gets quite bright even late as 11pm or early as 5am. an additional layer of curtain could work for me
- You can hear easily (even if you don't want) what your neighbours are doing. After 10 pm was silence so it was okay then.

Quietness
I'm afraid, I went for a friend 20th years marriage anniversary..this is the worst hotel am ever seen ? ? the staffs were so aggressive.they didn't allow anyone to come seeing you ha?. I couldn't even sleep ? they where banging on my door asking to check out even before the normal check out time. I'm so disappointed ?, even the step case was horrible ?, Gosh ..please guys if you love your sanity avoid this horrible hotel ? ??i which I can ask for a refund ?...Nonsense property
Simple clean had everything I needed
Noice from next door neighbors not on hotel property
the room is nice, clean and location is good and breakfast is good
I have to leave at 10 am and the reception didn’t allow me to use a toilet to change my clothes after a formal meeting
Due to the price category and shared bathroom I was a bit worried if the place will be safe initially. When I arrived, I was given my own princess tower with just one or two other rooms. My neighbour was snoring anytime I woke up so a perfect stay. :) I remember the bathroom was supposed to be shared, however in my case, shared was just the toilet. Shower was part of the room, as well as a sink. Great is also the well maintained kitchen where you can make a big tea in the morning.Tip: For a good espresso you can visit Element Boulders in the neighbourhood. They don’t want entry fee to just buy a coffee or snack; the place is cozy, coffee great and wi-fi stable.
Nothing really, best stay for such price ever.
very nice polite staff. An inexpensive option near the train station
The staff is very friendly at first sight. Due to the owner living within the building, there's someone close when you got a question. The breakfast room is accessible at all times. So when you need to store something cool, heat a meal, or like to have an apple you can enter that room with your room key at every time. You get free W-LAN.
The furnishing is quite cheap (low-quality). As I entered my room, it smelled bad originated from the bathroom. TV only showed public service television. The rooms are quite small what's ok if you only stay for the night. In my room, the floor wasn't cleaned and the prepared glass had stains. The surrounding is not attractive. There's only a little organic shop nearby or a gas station if you need anything. Due to a lack of noise protection, I heard loud snoring from a room somewhere on the floor above me.What for me was worst is the lacking possibility to heat the room. As I arrived at about 4 pm the heating was switched off. I like to take a shower after a long trip but that wasn't possible due to the cold in my room. I had to put over my day clothes and two pairs of socks to keep me warm over the night. For me, it's not ok to switch off the heating while outside you got 5 degrees Celsius. I slept in a room on the first floor, below this room there's an open parking space.______________________________________________What really makes me a bit angry when I think back is I asked the owner to keep my luggage till noon at the reception. His employee took it the next day and placed it securely behind a curtain ("until you come back and get it"). As I arrived at 11:30, my luggage was placed on a chair right next to the entrance. They read my comment on the asked evaluation form. I was instantly asked in an inappropriate voice why I marked the room wasn't clean. I had in text admitted that it smelled. Now I told them that the floor wasn't clean. I got no excuse for the missing heating (as the employee told me in the morning that's a problem that repeatedly occurred due to the owner). I got no explanation why my luggage was taken to the front where anybody could take it.Friendliness is a state of mind. If you cannot cope with critique, don't ask your guests for it.
Clean, practical, great bed, great option for short and economic stay, nice staff
Room was clean. No noise from outside or other rooms.
WiFi was not working.
for the money. breakfast, room and clean excellent
room clean, perosnle very nice and welcoming
Good location, close to Central Station, in a colorful neighbourhood (lots of street art). Quiet & clean. There is a communal room, where you can cook, make coffee or tea ,and there is a refrigerator. If you're not that mobile; keep in mind that there is no elevator, but you can ask for a room on the first floor ( if its available of course). Check in times are limited, but they have key boxes, where you can pick up the key to your room. Would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable room, nice place, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
I didn't book the breakfast but it is really appreciated that you can take a coffee / tea freely from the kitchen so if you have something to eat in the morning it's very helpful. The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the city centre so is relatively close.
Nothing in particular. The only thing, and not responsable the hotel to, is that the neirborhood seems a little isolated. But everything was ok.
Small simple and clean room. Fast wifi and good breakfast. Location suited well for my business.
Staff was great, it was clean, overall it was good
Friendly staff.
